There is a way to view your posts, so I'm not sure what you mean. You can go to anyone's profile and on the statistics tab there's an option to view all posts they've made and all threads they've created.

I want User Tagging like Reddit Enhancement Suite. It puts a tag only you can see next to a username. Sometimes I want to go tag someone and forget I can't do that.
