I had to look up what you were talking about because I had no idea Cramorant with Pikachu or the fish had actual terms. Well Gorging form it is, I still can't get my mind that it can throw somethinv it's quad weak to.

Racing Speed Deoxys will just end in me losing but at least without being harmed. Not confident in remaining unscathed in wrestling the attack form, so race speed form Deoxys.

Palafin as an underwater ride Pokemon or Steelix as a tunnel digging underground exploration ride Pokemon ?

Oh, both sound great! Let's dig because the underground could just give magnificent items, plus I think Steelix would look extra really doing this, especially if I can get it to mega evolve and ride it while it's covered in gems.

Use delibird's move present to deliver a gift to an orphan child or use zigzagoon's pickup to clear out the litter in park in need of cleaning.

A new Poke Ball that's more effective on Pokemon that are above level 60 or a new Poke Ball that's more effective on Pokemon that can evolve via trade ?

Hmmm, both would have their uses, but I think i'm going to go with the ball that is more effective on pokemon lines with a trade evolution. That's 25+ species that could be affected, and it could be helpful potentially at any part of game play, like on early route Abra in danger of teleporting away. I think you would be more limited to late game activities with the 60 above level cap.
