Koffing, because his their appearances are funny and a lot of times save team rocket with their smokescreen.

Max Revive, because it's available at the E4 so I don't have to run around searching for alternatives.

Moon Stone, since it helps evolve 2 of my favorite Pokemon, Jigglypuff and Skitty!

Cilan, he's 1000% less creepy than Brock's constant breeding lust ;p
