Jigglypuff. High HP.
Tropius or Absol?
 
Absol, because Tropius sucks.

Gardevoir or Gallade?
 
N. hugh can go cry about his purrloin, n is way cooler and has a deeper story

volkner or flint
 
Carnivine, because I dislike Tropius.

Dunsparce or Maractus?
 
Sharpedo. Looks scarier, seem fiercer and just a cooler Pokemon all around for me.

Ele Evolution (Elekid, Electabuzz and Electivire) or Mag Evolution (Magby, Magmar, Magmortar)?
 
Mag Evolution, Magby in particular, as it keeps you warm during the long winter.

Hail or Thunder?
 
Shiftry it's epic. Get hugged by a Cacturne and your pretty much dead

1st Gen starters v.s 5th Gen starters (New v.s Old since 6th gen isn't out yet)
 
For me, 1st Gen starters. My favorite Pokemon family is the Charmander line and this is the first generation where I like all of the starters and their lines and have no problem using either of them (the only other generation I can say this about is 3rd Gen).

Tyranitar or Garchomp?
