I don't like any of them. No seriously, the lake trio are pretty mediocre in general. Azelf is alright though, so Train it and release the other 2.

Train Gyarados, Moxie is a fantastic ability, and its Mega Evolution is also very useful. Store Milotic, that pokemon is a pain to acquire. Release Wishiwashi because I have no need to use it in battle and get schooled.

How about these three kings: Nidoking, Slowking, and Slaking?
