Anime/Manga uguu?

Goddammit, thought I replied to this.

Save for Teekyu and DRRR! I haven't seen more of any of these. Some of them I watched while this post was in the making.

But, save for exceptional cases, I give all shows that I want to try two episodes minimum. That number varies, of course, but my point is that regardless of the show, I'll be spending at least a little more time with all of them.

Hakone-chan's length jumps significantly to around 8 minutes. I'll tell you that much.

I really need to give more of those a shot. These are the ones I have episodes of right now:

[PokeCommunity.com] uguu?

Still need to get up-to-date with God Eater (saw 3 episodes and on-hold it went) and give Concrete Revolution + Gakuen Toshi Asterisk + Onsen + Valkyrie Drive (haven't seen any episodes of these. I saw the lewd parts of Valkyrie Drive and its OP, though) a proper shot. Rest is just the regular ol stuff - OPM is just OP and awesome, Owarimonogatari is Monogatari, Haikyuu!! has a new female lead I absolutely adore, Noragami Aragoto is finally adapting one of the stronger arcs of the manga, Ushio to Tora has been a very enjoyable ride till now, Sakurako-san's first two episodes were interesting and visually nice + had likable MCs, Utawarerumo is a big ? for me (no idea what I feel about it), Owari no Seraph is just a continuation of the vampire-human drama that was decent last season and hopefully will pick up this season (the OP is a disaster compared to previous one tho >_>).

Last, but not the least, Gintama is Gintama. Funny as always. The latest OP sucks tho. >_<'

Funny how most ecchi shows have such top class OPs. Valkyrie Drive OP is the ****. I love it. The initial music itself is so adrenaline pumping I just...yeah, its good.

Content Warning - Doesn't have nipples or any private parts but has censored nudity (mild usage).

Utawarerumono's a...sequel, I believe. Sequel or spin-off, but I'm pretty sure it's a sequel. NND loves the opening so it had to come back around to me somehow, and now I love the opening.

It was one of those songs that I heard and instantly needed to know what it was and where it was from. But yeah, I'd imagine watching the original first would help. Or possibly playing the game. Or both. I haven't seen it, myself, but it's been on my to-watch list ever since I saw the opening.

WHAT

I could've sworn I saw the first Utawarerumono as an "alternate series" on MAL. But now it shows that as a "prequel". God damn. No wonder it feels off somehow.

I mean, it isn't a direct sequel that picks up wherever its prequel left off (like Haikyuu!! S2 did. Starts EXACTLY where it ended at) since it felt like it was an entity of its own, somehow. But this definitely DOES explain why I felt something was off about it. I'll definitely be watching the prequel first now. Shall put the show on hold till then. Thanks, Macho! :D

I mean, I was the one who told you it was an alternate, because when I looked back in like week 1 of the season, it was.

Fall Anime 2015, Episode 2 Edition:

Anime De Training! Ex - Hindu push-ups are probably some of the most lewd things I've seen in a while. No really. Keep your compromising positions, your bouncing boobles, and your panty shots, if you want to make an ecchi that'll bring in the viewers, employ Hindu push-ups. Seriously.

...Oh, right, the anime. Uh...well, tsun blonde is introduced and she's an ungrateful whelp. 'Cause she's a tsun. So it's not really her fault. Not really much to say save for that the title of this episode is really misleading and Hindu push-ups are enough to make even the most archetypal looking characters with no expressed physical features seem attractive for a time. No really.

JK-MESHI! - Frame reuse! Neanderthals! $5 budget! This show has it all! So it is an educational show of sorts. They talk about miscellany and...that's pretty much it. Then they eat and teach you how to make a random food. Reeeeally quickly.

Also, this show has glitches. This...this show has glitches. How, even?

Komori-san Can't Decline - This show's so short that I just finished what was available. My verdict? Komori is suffering. Even her friends use her, but it's okay because Komori-san can't Decline. Komori is suffering.

So yeah, I'll follow this one. It's comedy isn't particularly laugh out loud funny, but it can be snappy and Komori's suffering makes me sympathetic.

Hakone-Chan - The first episode ecchi was just a hook (and I suppose the second episode's, too, but the standard boob banter at least led to something) and the MC's goal has come into view. Episode 3 introduces what must be the most terrifying monster I've ever seen this week as well as the plot. Willing to give this show a shot, because I'm pretty convinced that it won't really compare to episodes 1 and 2. In a good way.

I do have to wonder why the MC is in the show, though. If you removed him the show would be almost the same. 'Course, as the show becomes more harem, this'll obviously change.

Gintama 2015 - Well, this is only one episode in, but to put it bluntly, Kondo rocks. And Hijikata rocked. Or maybe it's the other way around.

Either way, this show's great. That OP, though...(luckily the ED's awesome).

---

Since I had less time than I did previously, this was about all I got to watch since the previous post, and, at least as far as this season goes, this'll probably be the last time I make a post like this.

This damn anime, man. What the hell. My current MAL tag for this series is "bruh", in the way it can be used for "seriously?", if that tells you my thoughts as a whole.

That aside, Hindu pushups, while extremely lewd looking (hence why they are called Hindu pushups because STEREOTYPES ARE TOTALLY AWESOME AND ARE NEVER, EVER WRONG /s), are actually pretty good exercise and are much better at promoting flexibility than standard pushups and crunches. And I do speak from experience since these were a thing that coaches actually had us do on a couple of the sports teams I was on.

This anime is just BAD. It's still all of 2 minutes and certainly is useful for killing time once a week when I don't want to commit to something longer.

She "can't decline".

Spoilers ahead from episode 3 or 2 (can't remember which):

The question is, will it even go that way? I have no idea since I've not read the source material (and, yes, there is source material for this).

Spoilers ahead from episode 3 or 2 (can't remember which):
Spoiler:
I actually mentioned this in the previous post, so I believe it was post-credits episode 1.

This, however, does not deny the fact that, indeed, Komori is suffering.

The question is, will it even go that way? I have no idea since I've not read the source material (and, yes, there is source material for this).
Neither have I, and honestly, I can't say either way. I suppose the next couple of episodes will really be the true test of whether the show's worth it.

I'm a "Hindu" and I had to Google what a Hindu pushup meant. XD

Spoiler:

This makes it look really lewd tho. :P

I would say "Don't mention Edge of Tomorrow! Go read the novel!" but I've already done so, and it sucked. So let's stick with the Hindu Pushup.

Ah, ecchi anime... I hate admitting I like ecchi, but I do. I'm trying to watch less of them lately, since I've noticed all of them are pretty much the same. =/ It's boring, and got stale after awhile. I learned my lesson after Shinmai Maou no Testament... which I'll never watch again unironically. u_u

Dagashi Kashi, a manga about a candy store.

Artist so troll that it doesn't actually qualify as ecchi.
That cock-blocker of a sequence you posted earlier is enough for me to never give this series a shot. Troll moments like those are ones I dislike the most. :( It was amusing since I saw it, like, once. But if something like that happens all the time then...yeah, I'll pass.

Edit: I just saw that this series is getting adapted. By studio "feel" (Oregairu S2 was downright fantastic as far as visuals go), no less. Definitely giving it a shot now. XD;

I love ecchi anime. But ones that actually have a bit of substance. Sekirei (funfun and grills are hawt), No Game No Life (less of an ecchi than others but ehh), Freezing, Monster Musume and, well, Love Hina (this is so clean I don't even know if I can put it in here lol) come to mind when I think of "ecchi" done right.

If they have a story, they make it watchable (NGNL, Love Hina) while the others are just fun to watch because they have nice comic moments (Monster Musume) + may have good fights (Sekirei, Freezing).

On an entirely different note, this has become my new fave OP. SO. DAMN. HARDCORE.

(Warning: Scenes may be slightly disturbing!)
