Well nothing much to report. Misty was easy as expected, and Gary on the Anne was also not bad but his ember still managed to get a burn. L.t Surge also fails as a Gym Leader. Then we get Gary again who still isn't too tough but his Kadabra and his Exeggcute can dish out the damage when they get going. Giovanni... well... fails.

Third Update! Yay!

I got to Vermillion city. I battled all the people outside of the sity on both sides. Gas was at level 31 by then. I went through the S.S. Anne and beat my rival. Gas needed one more person to evolve so I went and beat some wild pokemon. Gas evolved into Weezing!I went and took 6 damage in the gym (all from the gym trainers) and Gas grew to level 36!

Fourth update!

I got through the big cave (forgot the name) and went to beat my rival,Ugly. I went and fought all the trainers on all three sides of Lavender Town and went to beat Team Rocket. No damage at all was done (to me). I beat Erika simply and I'm currently in the Ghost place. Also, I just hit fifty as I'm writing this!

- How Amazing Unpopulated Victory Road Is But Of Course. Silver Appears!
- 1HKO Every One Of His Pokemon
- Posideon Was Only Level 59 So I Raised Him To 60 With A Rare Candy I Found.

So I started off, caught a female level two Sentret.
And I died from a silly weedle crit ;-;
So I beat my rival named ???
OH and my name is Mercy
OH and my Sentret's named is Hazel
I beat the first gym leader ( I would make a image but I need 15 posts or more :( )

Another update because I'll probably be out of action for a few days.

Erika was pretty easy.

Now Gary at Sliph Co. was another matter all together. It took me about 10 tries to get a tactic and then another 10 to put it into action. Using growth I upped my special attack as much as I could whilst taking wing attacks from Pidgeot (Seeded to lessen damage). Afterwards, I knew Exeggcute could paralyse so I attached a cure berry to avoid it. With my Special attack increased I managed to take down Alakazam but then came the beast, Charizard.

I was lucky he avoided using flamethrower for two turns but the misses hurt. I manage to land a seed, tackle hard and tank the flame to scrape through. Gyarados was not a problem thankfully.

Gary is going to be a major problem in the Elite 4.

Started Fire Red, Gave Oak a Parcel, got the pokedex, and I caught a Cubone. It took me ages to get it to level nine so it learned Bone Club :X

Beat Erika at level 20, she was amazingly easy.
I taught my Furret Mud Slap and it learned Fury Swipes.
Beat Whitney, since mudslap is amazing.

Newesst update!
I got through Pokemon Tower and went down to Fuschia. I beat Koga and went to Saffron. I beat my rival Ugly and destroyed TR. I ventured to the gym and beat the leader. I had to run to Fuschia cause I have no fly slave. I surfed and got through Seafoam Islands and got through the west of the way to Cinnabar. I got through Pokemon Mansion and beat Blaine. Then I surfed to Pallet town and ran to Virdian City to beat Giovanni. I won. I headed to the Pokemon League and beat Ugly again. I got through Victory Road and am at the Indigo Plateau. Next Update will be about Elite 4.

How do you change starters in pokemon Gold or change the wild pokemon? I need Koffing. Anyways, can i do emerald before gold?

I've not got a update yet but i'm going to answer pleryt16's question about changing starters in gold.

if you go to the rom hacking section of this forum you'll find the toolcase's people have made. Look for swamperts as he has a program that can change the starters for GSC.

I'll update when i get time but with my Liquid crystal LP, Starting a MGS2 LP and my exams and college.. I don't get time for much else.

After lots of messing around, I took on Erika. My Dratini is really over-leveled, mainly because I battled everyone and anyone so I could afford TM Flamethrower from the Game Corner. I just need to get Outrage now and I'll have a pretty darn solid move-set.
