Use, Sell, Release!

Use Swirlix, Sell Makuhita, Release Gloom

Vullaby, Electrike, Aron
 
Use Tepig for its cuteness, sell Joltik to the Rockets since it's too small for them to ever find again, and release Dunsparce!
 
Use Mankey, sell Chimchar to burn them all up, and release Aipom!

Kakuna, Metapod, Silcoon?
 
Use Linoone, Sell Stoutland (Don't really like it. Rocket can have it.) and Release Raticate.

Grumpig, Noctowl, Bergmite
 
Use Milotic, sell Exploud to the Rockets so his loud voice can break all of their machinery, and release Swellow into the wild!

Koffing, Ekans, Wobbuffet?
 
Sell golbat because it suits them perfectly, then I don't really want either of the other two but I guess I'll keep Swoobat because it's cuter and release Swanna :D

Mothim, Togepi, Magikarp?
 
Use Mankey because it's cute, sell Timburr because it's hilariously awful, and release Makuhita because... what's a Makuhita again? ;p

Deoxys, Dustox, Dialga?
 
Use Dialga, Sell Dustox (lol), Release Deoxys.

Solrock, Lumineon, Mightyena.
 
Use Rapidash because it's a pretty cool Pokémon (compared to the others at least...), sell Cacturne to the Rockets so James can finally have his Cacnea back, and release Hariyama into the wild!

Porygon, Unown, Meditite?

I'll just improvise: Use Litwick, Sell Ponyta, Release Tepig

Maractus, Heliolisk, Kabuto.
 
Use Kabuto because Kabutops is pretty badass, sell Maractus because it's pretty gross, and release Heliolisk because it's even more gross!

Geodude, Roggenrola, Drilbur?
