2 Noises could be heard the Click-Click of 8 Highly trained solders getting ready to kick some serious ass Guerrilla style, And the roars of the advancing pokemon. "Do Not engage till I give the go, I Repeat, DO NOT engage till I spring the trap." Mark said over the radio. He pulled out his main detonator. His team was well hidden, concealed by the chaos left by fleeing citizens. He watched the front of the pokemon army enter the kill zone, led by... Mark Grabbed up his radio real quick like. "Jack, we got a problem, a Groudon problem, I dont think I brought enough C4 for that kind of problem." Mark said almost in a whisper. He looked out the window and Rumble was half way out of the kill zone. Mark hit Alcatraz with the back of his hand on the arm and pointed to a decent sized group of pokies. He raised his hand with three fingers and counted down. On one he pushed the detonators button, collapsing the two buildings as planned. He quickly scooped up his rifle and fired the 50. BMG round that literally had Rumble written on it and watched it pierce through his gel. Not even Interceptor armor could stop that, and the bullet was headed straight for his body, through his gel. Mark glanced out the window there was a pole, Leaving the rest of his rpg rounds for Alcatraz he grabbed his 9mm and slid down the pole. He got to the bottom and fired 3 shots towards Rumble.

Rumble
Oreburgh City
Armory

The PR armies were walking down towards Sunnyshore City, Rumble wondering where Hector would be.
Sunnyshore was in range of sight, when suddenly the earth begun to shook. Rumble reckoned that Hector had summoned Groudon before they entered the city. He frowned, as that wasn't a master tactic to intimidate the humans. Now they would have time to organise themselves for the upcoming carnage that Pokemon would spread. Who cares, still carnage.
Hector said something, Rumble was too fired up to hear anything, his eyes were burning with determination and bloodlust. He walked up to the Groudon and gave a slighty nod to Hector, then they stepped inside Sunnyshore.

When they took two steps into the streets, where scared civilians were trying to get away from the city, many things happened at once. Rumble heard 3 gunshots, and as he was in front of the army, he felt 2 stings of pain, both in his nanotech armor. One of the bullets had gone right passed his head, slicing through the gel.

Rumble froze, he knew the pain would come after a brief moment. He looked up to the buildings. He looked up to the distance to the one who fired him - the same man who destroyed his Lamborghini. And he was about to fire him again, but just then -

Two explosions from right and left produced great sound waves making the whole army cringe, but the worst was the huge buildings that were falling straight to them.

Rumble's voice cracked all around the area again, saying but one thing before falling down;

"PSYCHICS!"

The force of the psychics he had gathered, with their power united, created huge wondrous wall of lights that blocked the rubble from the buildings reach the army. The buildings just fell back onto other buildings.

Rumble rolled over, pain consuming his logics. His whole life run through his mind fast forward - but not for him.
A Duosion trapped in a cage, asked to do weird things, the same Duosion using Psychic againist some helpless Pokemon, having a confused look on his face, a Reuniclus escaping the industries, the same Reuniclus working underground in the sewers, and the exact same Reuniclus who joined the PR and brought fear to the humans.

The psychic Pokemon was laying down the street, completly unable to act or try to comprehend with the situation; the armies continued to walk in the city.
With the inch of logic and consciousness that was left within him, Rumble used Recover for the first time in his life, after Morgana's lessons.
But it wasn't that strong, not enough. Morgana had insisted he tried harder, but he would just look her in the eyes, nod and do absolutly nothing.. and would laugh! That laugh. Maybe the only thing that was bringing true joy to his life...? He shook off that thought and raised his arm, put it inside his gel where the armor is and unstuck the two bullets off. Blood was shed all around, and his expression was blanc. Simply blanc, his eyes fell into the bullets. He reckognized that type, no way his armor could hold them back.

Rumble.

His expression remained blanc as he took a closer look to the bullet, always half closing his eyes in pain. And then he fainted from blood loss.

(Okay I got a bit too dramatic here... I need someone to heal Rumble, otherwise he'll heal himself and that wouldn't be too fair hm?)

Mandel
Sunnyshore outskirts
Beggining of the battle

Mandel sighed heavily, he hadn't gotten the chance to hear Lydias reply.

He remembered what had happened.

***

"Its been an honour to meet you Lydia the Zorua." Mandel said a smile on his face." Suddenly a marching was heard and Mandel looked to see the army marching for Sunnyshore.

"I have to go Lydia, I hope we meet again someday." and with that Mandel marched off to join Rumble, just as he had been offered.

***

He knew the odds of him seeing her again were very slim, but he would hope. Suddenly a great quake hit the ground and Groudon appeared. Mandel had heard that Groudon would be coming, but he was still surprised that had been through.

They marched into Sunnyshore and Mandel watched as civilians fled in fear. Mandel almost felt sorry for them... almost. Suddenly Rumble was shot at and the buildings around them began to fall towards the group, Mandel began to panic but Rumble and the other psychic pokemon stopped the rubble from crushing them.

Rumble however fell to the ground in pain, had the psychic energy being generated been too much for him? Or had the bullets from before done more damage then first percieved. Mandel couldn't be sure but he had to help him.

Mandel ran as a few humans with guns began to approach Rumble, Mandel charged at them at full speed and iron tailed them in their temples with one fell swing off his metalic tail. Rumble had fainted from loss of blood and more humans were coming. Mandel placed his paw on Rumble and focused. The nearby light was drawn in leaving a veil of Darkness which was the power source of Dark Synthesis. Rumbles wounds were mostly healed. Mandel shook Rumble violently and shouted.

"Wake up you big lug, wake up!"

The humans were upon them now. Mandel faced them and focused himself prepairing himself to fight. A human shot him before he could charge up and blood leaked from his leg. Mandel felt angry, very angry. The darkness in his leaves began to grow and spread over his body covering him in shadow and a dark wind began to quickly blow around Mandel. He and Rumble were in the eye of the storm while the humans were bracing themselves from the wind. Mandels body began to break away turning into sharp black leaves and whirling in the storm.

This was the power that Celebi had given him. The whirlwind picked up speed lifting the humans from the ground and swirling them around. eaves slicing through them like knifes. When the whirlwind calmed down it dropped five very bloody, very badly cut human bodys on the ground. Mandels body reformed, he felt drained, but his training last night had helped him to stop passing out when he lost his energy. The darkness covering his body fed back to his leaves.

He managed to use dark synthesis on Rumble one more time and began to shake him awake again.

"Rumble wake up!" Mandel shouted.

Rumble

Sunnyshore City
Streets

Rumble was laying unconscious in the pavement while the other Pokemon were just too focused to see him. Not that he would want them to see him like this. Blood was covering his chest and darkness was enclosing his mind.

Darkness, pure darkness...

Black was the only colour he could see in the place where he was. Someone was in front of him, but Rumble couldn't quite figure out who.

Who're you? What's this?

Rumble was in a strange stasis, a luring nirvana. He blinked his eyes trying to clear out the darkness... Something was bothering inside him. That bugging feeling of curiousity which he definitely needed to extinguish. The memory he had been searching bursted into his blanc mind; someone had invaded his dream.
The figure in front of him spoke, after a brief silence.

Let's just say I drag people to the void..

Rumble raised his eyebrow as a beam of light was shot down. Rumble could think clearly once again, putting the gears of his brain to use. Whoever was using Dream Eater was close to the location where he fainted.

If you truly are what you say, let's make a deal.. I'll kill as many as possible tonight, but I will live.

You will live.. but you will die just when I decide so.

Rumble did not have any answer to that, nor any idea who that person was. A second beam of light was shot down from the sky, Rumble regaining consciousness.
He smirked and muttered; he heard the screams of the carnage nearby, but he didn't open his eyes.

"No.."

The terrible pain of his injuries never came - instead, Mandel was looking upon him and shaking him violently.

"It's.. good to see you"

Rumble didn't know what he was saying, literally, as he regained his usual levitation altitude. His eyes fell somewhere on the right - a dark figure disappeared inside the wall of a building. Rumble raised his eyebrows, trying to remember where he had seen that Pokemon.
But the screams he heard from the main square of the city - that's what made Rumble remember that they were in the middle of a battle. He stared at Mandel and then at the point where the human who shot him was.
Rumble's face turned red from anger, the frown of his anger and determination, as well as vengefulness was terrifying.

But then he remembered of the Leafeon who had healed him. Rumble patted his shoulder and left, simply saying;

"Take care of yourself, pal"

He would worry about the dark figure later, now he had a war to win. He raised his flamethrower in the air and pulled the trigger, demonic fire coming out of it to burn the electricity cables.
Nothing was more dangerous on the battlefield than him right now - he grabbed the cut off and burned wires full of electricity, headed next to the Rhyperior's blocking the human bullets directed in the army, swung around the wires and let go of them, sending them flying towards the humans who were defending the square.

With a furious expression on his face, his voice boomed in the area again.

"BY FIRE BE CLEANSED!"

His flamethrower joined the flames of the Fire-type Pokemon who were now in the front, creating a dangerous fire storm in front of the army that literally lighted up the night sky. Suddenly Rumble had a feeling that the only survivors of this epic and historic battle would be the stars of the night sky, but he shook of the thought and enhanced his voice even more so the Flying types could hear him.

"DEATH FROM ABOVE!"

The Flying-types above the army did what they could do best from this range: gusts. Just as Rumble predicted, the gusts pushed the fire towards the human force in front of them.
Rumble had his usual determined expression on his face, but his eyes were glowing with unspeakable fury once again. He would raze the whole city.

"ATTACK! BURN THEM DOWN, AND ANNIHILATE THEM! LEAVE NOTHING BEHIND!"

The battle of Sunnyshore City just started as the Rhyperior's crushed on the backing off humans. All the Pokemon army roared in coordination, responding to the Field General's words, shaking the foundations of the ground. The types of the Pokemon army were divided in large groups which headed towards the other locations of the city.

(OOC: Somebody has to do something! Also I bet Groudon is stronger than Tibbers xD)

"I just came to tell you that after this battles over I plan on leaving... and I don't intend on coming back," he replied, the Leafeon closing his eyes slowly, appearing to be ready to let go of something valuable. Silently, she was freaking out. How Mandel intended to disappear was unknown to her, but she didn't like it. "I have someone I have to take care of in Snowpoint City. I just wanted you to know as I don't know if we'll get a chance to talk after this is all over". Her ears were slightly drooping. Although she understood the Leafeon had business outside of the war, parting was always difficult and awkward. This just happened to be one of those particular moments.

"Everything that's happened between us and everything that the war has done to us shouldn't matter. Your one of the only things that kept me going up to this point and I don't want to leave with this barrier between us," he smiled, his large, golden brown eyes open in slight sorrow, "I guess what I'm trying to say is...It's been an honor to meet you, Lydia the Zorua". He was bowing his head in presence to her, the dark type shaking her head in reply. The words couldn't come out of her mind, but her thoughts were powerful enough."Your leaving me when I've only known you for a few days. We've been fighting together since we met. And in all of that time, you've put so much of your faith into me…". A booming voice came from Rumble, orders stretching out across the area. The Zorua had to leave, and the Leafeon too. "…Goodbye, Mandel. For now…".

Flipping around, her tiny feet darted for the crowds of pokemon, whom of all were marching in the assigned order Rumble had placed each in. The baby pokemon in her mane yawned, awoken by the sudden jolt, soon enough letting out whimpers of discomfort at its mother's behavior. She couldn't help but slow down, her mind failing to process ideas of what to do. Lydia also had an egg in her bag, un-hatched and as vulnerable as the child was. The instincts in her mind were growing, ordering her to go out and fight with the others, however she was a mother now. Safety first, in this case. But only for the children.

Running back to the armory, she glanced back at the army before going inside, halting at the nearest Chansey and handing them her bag and child. "Ok, he needs a lot of food and a lot of attention. The egg needs warmth. You're a medic, hopefully you'll know what to do," she blathered on, more words included although rushed and scrambled. Nuzzling her boy, Lydia shifted back, running in the direction she hoped the army had went. This was the last battle. The battle for their freedom. She had to be a part of it.

---------------

Aligned with the other psychic and dark type pokemon, there were no complaints coming from the Zorua about the exhaustingly long walk. She was too focused. On everything. The blood was rushing through her veils, her small heart beating with excitement. History was in the making, and she was going to be a part of it. Freedom, glory, revenge. Lydia purposely focused on these positives, too afraid to cloud her mind with the bad ones, even if they were seeping in through the cracks of her daydreams. The negatives wouldn't matter. Not after they were done…

Her zombie walk was broken by the rumbling of the ground. At first it was a surprise to her, however she quickly reflected back to what Rumble and Hector had previously been discussing about. Groudon. Her suspicion was confirmed, as the ground broke, cracks and debris flying out as the legendary pokemon rose from the shattered ground with an ear-breaking roar. From the whole walked out Hector with a glowing Red Orb, along with the human she had met earlier. He was alive after all. "Pokemon, now is the time for our final strike. If the humans didn't fear us before, they sure as hell do now. Let's show them what we are capable of. To freedom, to victory!" the Arcanine roared, cheers and yowls coming from the army of hundreds. Walking into Sunyshore, Lydia felt something begin to take over her. It wasn't an emotion, it wasn't the bloodlust she had recently been having. It was something bigger than that. She ignored it, walking into scattered civilians and humans. They were all frightened, the few who tried to fight back crushed by Groudon. Bullets bounced off of the steel and rock pokemon in the front, some even rebounding and hitting the humans instead. Otherwise attacks from the pokemon were flying around, from whirlwinds to blazing fire, scorching the cable lines and buildings in their path.

"Psychics!" Rumble called out, Lydia looking to the left to see some falling buildings heading their way. She used her Extrasensory to hold it up, along with the support of several other more powerful psychic pokemon. They crashed together, the creatures using their energy to position the building safely away from the armies. Lydia cut her power, Sucker Punching any humans who dared pointed their guns towards her or anyone else. She was oblivious to the fact Rumble had been shot, too focused on her attacks to concentrate on anything else. The Zorua was able to glance upward, looking up to see Mark. Her senses told her to smack him off the building, but she didn't for some unfathomable reason. Going into shadow form, her fur turned pitch black, her eyes glowing red as she sunk into the ground. She rose up between a large group of people before instantly shooting out a Night Daze in the middle of them, knocking them all off balance and scraping their faces on the floor. Her grin widened, although it was larger and more devious than the cute one she normally wore.

"Nothing can stop us…nothing at all…"

Mandel
Sunnyhore City
Heat of the battle

Mandel had joined the fight with the rest of the grass types, they had been assigned to take out as much of the enemys infantry as possible, which he had been doing to full effect. He had taken out at least twenty humans alone and was quickly racking up more. When suddenly a single human shot at him from behind. It was a rooky, hardly able to hold his gun let alone shoot it. In war, however there was no room for mercy. Mandel rolled towards the rooky, his misaimed shots easily dodged. Mandel went from his roll to an iron tail charged leap, he used his sharp metalic tail leaves the lodge into the rookies skull. He was dead in seconds.

Mandel walked over to the body and looked at the pathetic soldier. He had died face down so Mandel flipped him over to get a better look. Mandel almost cried in shock.

It was Jazz.

Mandel stepped back from the body his eyes wide and his mouth agape, he felt like he was going to be sick. Jazz... the little boy who had cared for him, he was a year older than Mandel which made him fifteen... and Mandel had just killed. How cruel faith could be, ruining Mandels life... and then as a final punishment, making him kill the only person who ever truly cared for him. Mandel felt like he was in a totally different world there was gunfire, moves and explosions but Mandel just stood there staring at the body. He had killed Jazz... he couldn't believe it what had he become, was he so cruel he would kill a fifteen year old boy in cold blood? Apparently so. The other grass types came up to him trying to get him to move but Mandel just stood there a group of humans came and the grass types fough to defend Mandel but were forced to retreat. A human pointed a gun at Mandels head, Mandel still didn't move. The human raised his gun and looked at Mandel confused. It would seem that he was going to let mandel live, suddenly the grass types charged back and finished the group of men off. They tried again to get Mandel to move. He didn't. Mandel began to tear up and told the other grass types to leave. Once they were gone Mandel walked over to Jazzs body and closed his lifeless eyes. Mandel removed his leaf pendant and placed it on Jazzs neck.

"Goodbye old friend..."

Mandel turned and left.

*****

The battle kept raging on, Mandel kept on fighting as his fellow grass types began to drop around him or retreat to safety until Mandel was the only one left. He kept fighting and fighting using his own power and the power of Celebi, he had no resolve nothing to fight for... But he fought all the same a trail of bodys lay behind him, rain began to fall all on Sunnyshore and the sun was blocked out by clouds only adding to the atmosphere of war. Mandel stood surrounded by bodys of bothe people and pokemon on all sides. He kept walking forward a few humans were even afraid to approach him now. He just kept walking, he didn't know why he just did. He stopped and healed an injured grovyle on the way. Suddenly a large machine similar to the one that had chased their car earlier turned the corner and drove down the road. Mandel stopped and turned to face it. The burnt out buildings were the only scenery and the pitter patter of the rain were the only sounds. Mandels drenched fur hung heavy on his body as the veichle drove slowly towards him... as if mocking him with its pace. The veichle stopped a few meters away from him and a man armed the built in turret. Mandel waited until he saw his chance.

As soon as he heard the mans gun charging he moved. He quickly dashed towards the veichle as bullets flew past him he ducked and rolled around many them though a few of them grazed him he ran behind the truck the driver pushed down on the pedal and began to chase Mandel up the streets Mandel straffed left and right as the machine followed him barely managing to keep ahead by cutting corners and taking shortcuts. He ran into an alley and was met with a dead end he turned to face his pursuer as he charged his gun once more. Mandel charged and jumped towards his pursuer, his boody shattering into various tiny leaves as a large whirlwind blew picking up Mandel and whatever bullet the man tried to fire at him as Mandels leaves cut through the gun it exploded throwing the man back and killing him, the driver revved the engine as Mandel reformed on the roof, Mandel held on the broken and charred remains of the turret as the driver attempted to shake him.

Mandel let the darkness of the surrounding area soak up into him as he began to glow black once more. He began to fire dark solarbeams right in front of the truck causing the driver to swerve uncontrolably and almost throwing Mandel off. The Veichle began to get near the bulk of the PR army. *If we crash into them the explosion would kill alot of pokemon... not on my watch!* Mandel thought as he fired another Dark Solarbeam causing the driver to completely swerve out of control and crash into a nearby wall. The insuing explosion was easy to see against the bleak landscape. For a few moments silence then a raging wind settled and a group of leaves reformed into Mandel infront of the reckage.

Mandel simply sat down on the ground and cried, his tears mixing with the raindrops that fell on his face.

What was he doing, what were they all doing? Fighting in a sensless war that has both sides in the wrong. Mandel closed his eyes and let the rain soak in. At least there were some things that would always be the same, like the pureness of rain. Mandel remembered something he said some time ago. Somethings just aren't meant to change. Well maybe that wasnt such a bad thing. Maybe sometimes it was better that they didn't change. Back then all he wanted to do was prove himself... and now... well now he didn't know what he wanted. He opened his eyes. *What comes after this?" he thought. *I planned on leaving but is that really the right thing to do?*

He began to walk back the way he came. *I've become so much stronger through my journey... should I really just leave?* I guees I'll have to make that decision when the time comes. *I think Im finnally starting to understand why Im here... why I was the one to do this... It was because it was the only way I'd grow strong enough to survive.*

Mandel looked up and smiled. *My life is nothing important but that doesn't mean I'm going to waste it.*

*Now I've got a battle to fight.*

And here it all ends....
Siege of Sunyshore

Jack Spark
Sunyshore City
???

Jack sat on the top of a building, crouched, watching the view from a pair of binoculars. He saw the huge red Pokemon close in to the city, the Pokemon he recognized immediately.

"Huh...." He thought. "It's Groudon... wouldn't Chris be proud?"

He remembered the manuscript Chris had sent him before the war, the one detailing the legend of the land Pokemon. Chris had tried to prove the Pokemon existed for years, and finally, the truth was in front of Jack. Trying to kill him.

Jack got up, and walked out of the building. He got his weapons, and walked out into the streets. The War had begun.

When he heard Althalos' resigned, he sighed. "We just lost a good soldier..." He mumbled to himself.

He saw the Pokemon enter the city. Just like Jubilife. He remembered the battle he had fought in Jubilife, it seemed ages ago...

He saw a Machoke approach him. "You dead, Bas*ard!" He yelled, and took out his sword. He jumped forward, and stabbed the Pokemon, running the blade through its chest. It let out a scream, and and collapsed, motionless.

He kicked the body, and moved on. He walked forward, and remembered about the syringes in his pocket. He took them out, and looked at the Groudon. He smiled, thinking, "Perfect...."

He walked towards the large body, when a Pidgeot dived towards him, ready with an Aerial Ace.

-----------------------------------------

Sky Ace
From Oreburgh to Sunyshore

Rumble didn't let Ace help, and everybody left towards Sunyshore, ready to attack. Rumble's plan was nearly flawless, nearly because there was always the 1% chance that the humans would do something to screw everything up.

Ace took off, and slowly flew towards the HR Occupied City, keeping up with the pace of the huge army. He was surprised to see the huge Pokemon Groudon being summoned, and angered at the fact that the Commander trusted new Pokemon more than an old member.

After some time, the PR army hit the town. The War had begun. Ace flew around, quickly Aerial Acing people who roamed the streets. He tracked down one person, and recognized him as the HR Commander. Jack Spark.

"If I take him out now..." Ace thought. He flew towards the human, charging his wings for an Aerial Ace. He spotted some kind of syringes in his hand, with green liquid, but he concentrated more on the attack.

As soon as he was close, Jack jumped up, and Ace crashed into the ground. Jack got onto his back.

Jack jumped up, and Ace crashed into the ground. Jack got onto his back, and gave him a little shock with his BioArm. The Pokemon screeched, and flew up, flying haphazardly in awkward directions.

Jack grabbed Ace's neck, and steered him towards the Legendary Pokemon. Ace tried to regain control, but was unable to. He managed to hold on long enough, and the Pokemon and Human crashed onto Groudon's head.

-----------------------------

Sky Ace
Sunyshore City
On top of Groudon's head

"Argh! F*ck you, dumb Jack!" Ace yelled as crashed. The human managed to hold on, and not fall, and Ace flew into the air. He charged up a Hyperbeam, and launched it at Jack. Jack managed to dodge it somehow, and it hit Groudon.

"ARE YOU TRYIN TO KILL ME OR THE HUMAN YOU FU*KING DUMB PIDGEOT!" Groudon suddenly yelled, and he got Ace by shock.

"Uh, uh... sorry?" Ace stammered.

"Yeah, you better be! Now leave the bas*ard to me, and kick some human as*" Groudon yelled.

"Yeah, leave me to him!" Jack yelled too.

Ace stared at the two wide eyed. He was shocked by two facts, how a Legendary Pokemon like a Groudon had such a nature, and how Jack had asked to be left with Groudon. He stared at them, when the Groudon yelled at, "What the heck you lookin' at, punk? I told you to get lost, didn't I? I can handle the human myself!" he yelled.

Ace flew back towards the battlefield, still shocked by the nature of Groudon.

Ace flew away, and Jack sighed. He looked at the Groudon, and thought, "I never thought a Groudon would act like this...."

"Now, it's your turn, you as*hole. Get ready fo' a beatdown!" The Groudon yelled.

Jack took out the syringes from his pocket, and jumped towards the Groudon's neck. It was an exposed area, and Jack stabbed all 5 syringes into the spot.

"Hey, whatcha doing, you puny... what.... the..... hell?" The Groudon mumbled. He slowly started to lose his senses, and soon, just stood there with a blank expression.

"Hehe, you mine now, Groudon!" Jack laughed. He got onto his head.

"Your wish is my command." The Groudon spoke.

"Now, first, who's a dumbas*? You a dumbas*!"

"Yes master, I am a dumbas*" The Groudon spoke.

"Good, now that we got that outta the way, let's kick some Pokeas*"

(OOC: EPIC START TO POST!! lol. And also, I hope you didn't forget bout the syringes? They have a 30 minute effect on a Pokemon like Groudon, so no worries. I'll free him in 1-2 posts)

Mark Vargas
Sunyshore, I guess
Streets

The mission was as complete as it was going to get. Rumble was out, at least for now. Mark walked over to where rumble fell. 'Thought that was going to be harder' He thought. He kicked Rumble, "Stupid bi*ch, that's for all the murders." Mark rallied his team and headed off to the HR main base. Normal troopers went in to clean up that zone, unfortunately they were all killed. There path to the base was blocked off by the Pokerebel army. They garrisoned a building next to the current front of the PR army. "Alcatraz, hit Groudon with a Grenade on my mark." He said, a rifle barrel and a rpg-7 stuck out of the window. "mark!" Mark yelled (:D) a 50. BMG and Rocket propelled grenade flew at Groudon. The explosion was a beautiful sight. Even if that didn't kill him, today was NOT a good day for Groudon. They jumped through a window to the next building and opened up machine gun fire on the army, then moved back to ground level and out the back door. "Alright marines," Mark started " The pokemon may have invaded our capital, But were going to make them regret being here, we will stomp in there pathetic little faces until there are no more, we will kick there ass right off this planet. And that's our battle plan." His squad gave off an "Oorah!". Mark told them there orders and what he wanted done after he was dead, because he knew he would die, and sent them off. He headed for his condo to retrieve something.

(oh you wanna play hardball eh? If your ultimate weapon is disabled till the final battle, we will disable ours! And when Rumble finds Mark he's gonna make.him.pay)

Rumble
Sunnyshore City
Streets

Rumble watched as the Groudon opposed his own allies. He frowned as his huge brain was trying to think of a solution.
All the Pokemon had frozen in the middle of the street, as if they were watching a nightmare.

"WATER POKEMON, RAIN!"

Rumble's voice cracked in the area once again. It instanly started to rain heavily, countering Groudon's sunlight. The enormous Pokemon backed off screaming, falling into a building.
The maniac that was standing in front of the whole psychic Pokemon force whispered into their minds.

"Contain him. With me, all of your power."

Rumble shut his eyes tightly and channeled the spiritual powers of the Psychics. Although he wasn't a natural, he felt the spirits of the nearby Psychics and merged his power with them.
They were about 200 Psychic Pokemon, they all started to glow purple with energy as they gathered it.

The Groudon that was briefly disabled by the rainstorm that was raging around the city, was enclosed in purple light. The Pokemon screamed in pain again as the strong telekinetic force that hit it was enough to tear 3 skyscrapers to the ground, or lift and carry them.
The Pokemon backed off even more and fell on the sea, after destroying more buildings in its wake.
Rumble smiled as his plan to contain the ground Pokemon was working. The shock from all this water and psychic force would be unbearable for its brain. That was sure to disable it for some time.

The Pokemon roared once again and continued raging in the city, with their courage regained. Rumble looked around the streets - road lamps. Then he looked back at the psychics with a terrifying smile on his face - although they didn't cringe or something, they did get what he was going for.
All the road lamps of the main street were unrooted violently as Rumble and the rest of the psychic Pokemon were channeling kinetic forces again.

"ELECTRICITY, GO!"

The lamps that were standing above the marching Pokemon armies were lighted up with jolts of electricity from the electric-types that were standing on the hill left of the city, just as planned.
Then the lambs were shot up in the sky, only to fall inside the city where the Pokemon hadn't marched yet - causing electrifying damage on the streets.

When Groudon wakes up, its rage will be multiplied by 10.. The humans have sealed their fate.

Rumble decided to keep himself away from the mess of the war, just to inspect how the army was doing. He got off the psychics, and vanished from sight in a backalley.

In 3 minutes, Rumble had climbed in a huge building and was looking down upon the destruction Groudon had caused, and the armies of the PR who were destroying the city. The fresh air that was entered Rumble's lungs actually bothered him and he smirked as he looked down from the roof, careful not to be in sight of snipers.

" Logan, start the F**in' vehicle," Mikkelson shouted. Logan rushed into hte Tahoe and started it. Mikkelson handed Logan an XM8 assault rifle.

" Here, you'll need it," Mikkelson said. Logan drove, with the Convoy following him.

" Step on it," Mikkelson ordered. Logan followed orders and drove faster. The highway looked torn. Logan breathed. The beginning of the end, Logan realized. Logan drove through seeing bodies of Pokemon and humans alike. Within time, Logan saw the terror of Groudon. But Groudon was covered in a purple veil of light. What the F***, Logan wondered. Logan drove forward.

" Stop here, position yourself for a full assault behind the PR army," Captain Mikkelson ordered. Logan hid the truck, and got out. Logan found a rock with a good viewpoint. Mikkelson hid behind a rock nearby. Logan watched as the Soldiers hid behind cover, waiting for Mikkelson's order to strike. Logan loaded his XM8 and prepared for the moment.

" Ok, let's rain s*** and bullets," Captain Mikkelson ordered.

Mark Vargas
Sunyshore
Condo

Mark kicked open the door to his home and ran over to his safe, next to his bed. He punched in the code and threw open the door. Inside was an ammo crate of 50. Raufoss rounds. Mark loaded all his spare mags for his Barrett with them and headed out. In the distance, on a hill, there was a platoon of soldiers firing down on the PR. He headed there.

At the top of the hill was also a convoy of humvees. Mark walked over to who looked like was in charge. He helped the soldiers by firing a few Raufoss rounds down at the pokemon, with extreme effectiveness. The armor piercing, explosive and incendiary components of the bullet murdered any pokemon on the field. Mark hit the captain on the side of the arm with the back of his hand to get his attention. "You need to get the 50 cal turrets into the city, for a line to stop there advance!" He yelled over the gunshots.

Mandel

Mandel felt it as the entire Sinnoh region flinched under Groudons overwhelming weight. *Somethings not right..." Mandel thought. He turned and headed back to where the bulk of the battle was happening to find Groudon collapsed in the ocean.

"Well that can't be good." Mandel murmured.

Mandel watched as the lamps were launched into the city, causing thunder and lightning to dominate the sky as a side efect. The battle was nearing its most intense phase now, with the leading humans and pokemon about to clash in a last battle... and Mandel was going to make sure he was there. He charged into the battle and took out a wave of enemy infantry with energy balls. He began to fight harder than ever as a furious battle was raging around him. He saw Ace flying in the sky and Rumble commanding the bulk of the army in the distance. He charged into a group of humans and unleashed Celebis power, he had began to realise that this was a powered up version of leaf storm. He continued fighting taking out six more humans with dark solarbeam.

Lightning cracked the ground around the battle field.

He could only hope the others were ok.

Lilac Brown
Sunnyshore City
HR Base

Lilac took a seat as the meeting began. Alright, first of all. We all now know that the Pokemon are gonna attack Sunnyshore. We can't take the whole force head on, so let's cut them off with a few gun fights in the route they're gonna take. The best option for them wouldbe through Pastoria, so let's cut them off there," Jack said. He took out his cell phone and dailed a number. "Hey, is the bomb ready? ......It is? Perfect."
'What bomb?' Lilac wondered than felt a shiver go up her spine when she heard the commander's next words and she realized what he had planned.

Jack continued, "If all else fails, we will have our secret weapon. Well, I don't think we have anything else to say. Except, Mark, you should probably attack Pastoria on helicopters. Makes it easier." With the that, the meeting was over and everyone left the room.
*****************************************************
Lilac was back at Mark's Condo in the room she had claimed as her own. At that moment she was polishing and sharpening her own two knives as well as quite a few others she had gotten from armory. Something she had been overjoyed to find were especially thin knives, they were almost small enough to be needles, that had a coat of poison on them. These were in her bag. The other knives she placed in accesible places where she could pull them out at a moments notice. 'Might as well get some rest..,' she thought and layed back on the bed.

Silence Quickslash
Oreburgh City
PR Base

Silence returned to the base as Rumble was giving orders. "This is your field general speaking! Rock and Steel Pokemon in the front! Fighting and Fire Pokemon behind them, ready to fire at any location! Electric and Ground Pokemon in the back! Psychic and Dark Pokemon with ME on the side!" the Reuniclus called.

'Great, I get to be around the psycho.' The Weavile got in position as the army started moving.
*****************************************************
((OOC: I'm doing a time skip here cause I don't feel like reading through the posts of what took place between Oreburgh and Sunnyshore...))

Silence was on a killing spree, first slashing one humans head off, than slicing through another's torso, one after another. She had lost track of Rumble awhile back, not that she cared. She felt a sting in her side as a bullet barely skimmed her. She spun and fired a focus blast at the human her shot at her. A shadow fell over her and she looked up to see Groudon about to step on her. She quickly dashed out of the way and looked at the gigantic pokemon with a frown as it attacked its own allies. Rumble and the rest of the psychic pokemon were working to contain it with there powers. Silence turned away from the sight and a human caught her eye, that human being Mark. She gave a small smirk and ran towards him, firing a Blizzard when she was within range.

Lilac stabbed a Mightyena in the chest as it leaped at her from behind. The foot-and-a-half long knife she held in her hand dripped with the blood of the pokemon she had already killed. Even if she didn't hold a grudge against the creatures, she couldn't very well allow them to murder innocent people. She made sure to stay well away from were Groudon was rampaging. Her mind wandered to Silence and she wondered how her friend was doing. This earned her a Shadow Ball in the chest. She winced and threw one of her poison needles at the Absol that hit her than touched her shirt which was close to being shredded to bits.

Reunion
SunyShore battleground...

Varik ran out of the radio/TV station he was in just as the pokemon attacked. "All that work for nothing," muttered Varik to himself as he checked his ammo. Ten more darts… while he could pick up a normal weapon it would have countered his purpose of being here in the first place. Pulling out his map he found the location of the small civilian airfield that serviced this town. "Only way out now I bet," muttered Varik as he ran off toward it, hoping it would not be overrun. The city was in chaos as pokemon and humans clashed. Some areas the pokemon had the advantage but in other areas the humans were holding the pokemon off.

Varik ran past one intersection that the humans had well fortified. They had two well placed machine gun nests laying down cross fire tearing apart any Pokemon that darned to stick their heads out. A Steelix's body lay severed in half at the neck, where a Javelin missile had impacted it. One group of human soldiers moved up the side of a building while one human took aim with the Javelin again. Varik watched as the missile shot out of the launcher then turned upward and climbed quickly into the air. The missile made a rapid pitch change and came down behind a small building hitting the hiding pokemon. Varik saw the explosion just as he rounded the corner, but he didn't stick around to see what damage it did. He had to keep moving toward the airfield and didn't have time to watch...

Varik kept running down the street wondering why the airport had to be on the other side of the city. It was just his luck he would finally make his recording and set up a repeating broadcast just as the pokemon army arrived. He would only glance down a road or alley to make sure nothing was in a position to kill him before darting through it or across it. Turning one corner a group of psychics were moving down a small alleyway unopposed. Varik quickly dodged behind a wall and checked his pistol again. The pokemon were most likely coming for the lone human if they saw him, and he doubted he could take them all on. All of a sudden the deafening sound of rifle fire filled the alley way. Varik glanced around the corner to see three human soldiers coming out of a building firing their assault rifles at the pokemon. Already several psychic pokemon lay dead on the ground from the ambush and Varik watched as the rest tried to retreat. A Drowzee and Alakazam never made it around the corner and were cut down just before entering a building for cover, but a Gardevoir and a Mr Mime could be seen dodging inside a building. Varik's eyes got big when he saw the blue colored Gardevoir. Could it be Skyna? Varik forgot about the airfield and escaping for now and started down the alley.

---

Skyna dodged inside the building with the Mr Mime just as a bullet hit her leg. She fell to the floor with a cry of pain. 'Why am I here?' thought Skyna as pain shot through her body. She began crawling into a nearby room while the Mr Mine set up a barrier and prepared to fight the advancing humans. There was a single shot heard outside and the emotions of the wounded Drowzee ended. The humans had executed the gravely wounded pokemon. Fear filled Skyna's mind and she tried to crawl faster, she now knew if she got caught she would meet the same fate. She wished she hadn't used her teleport so much in the beginning of the battle alongside her heals to help all the wounded pokemon. She was already tired when the group of psychic pokemon told her to come with them.. Just then the sounds of gunfire and the scream of one human dying filled the building as the Mr Mime made his last stand.

A second later she could no longer sense the Mr Mime any longer, and the other two humans were getting closer. Skyna tried to teleport while she pulled herself across the smooth floor leaving a trail of blood behind her, but she couldn't focus the energy required. She began crying from the overwhelming fear as she rounded the corner and found herself in a closed off kitchen area. She crawled behind the cabinets as she heard the boots of the two humans getting closer. They rounded the corner and leveled their guns at her before they could pull the trigger she screamed out telepathically while crying,
"Please don't kill me please… I don't want to die… please have mercy!"

One of the humans said, "I'll show you the same mercy your kind showed by 6
year old daughter and my wife." He then stomped on Skyna's good leg, breaking it right below the knee.

Skyna cried out in pain and said to him telepathically, "Please… I didn't do it… please don't hurt me… please don't kill me." The man then took his weapon and pointed it at her shoulder. Skyna closed her eyes to prepare for the pain, but instead of hearing the sound of his weapon and the sting of a bullet she heard two thumps. The emotions toward her had changed from hatred to concern and… the second emotion felt like compassion, caring,…? A shiver went down Skyna's back.
---
"Master please… I don't want to, please don't," begged the young shiny Gardevoir as her trainer forced her to lay down on the hotel bed.

"I told you to call me Irith… I can't help it Lily you're so beautiful. I love you and I know deep down you love me," said the Gardevoir's trainer as he moved his attention up to her eyes. He then moved up and kissed the Gardevoir against her will.

"My name is Skyna…" telepathically said the Gardevoir as the man forcefully kissed her. She began to cry as he pulled back and began to take his clothes off. She was too scared of him to defend herself from her own trainer. His emotions toward her were almost love like… or was it love? Skyna didn't know anymore she just feared that emotion more than any other now.

"No I named you Lily, and your mine forever…"

---

Skyna snapped out of the horrible flashback and realized that whoever was feeling those emotions was lifting her skirt. Out of desperation she opened her eyes and used psychic energy to push the mysterious man back. The man fell backwards over the unconscious body of one of the soldiers. Her vision focused on the man who was now sitting on his rear with a look of shock and pain in his green eyes. She then noticed an open small medical bag next to her leg. Also the two soldiers were lying on the ground unconscious.

"I'm trying to help… Skyna…," said the mysterious man as he slowly stood up. The way he said it made it sound like he was testing to see if it was her.
Skyna looked up at the man in confusion "How do you know my name?" She asked fearfully as she tried to think of who he could be.

The man picked something out of his right eye and then looked up at Skyna with a huge smile and said, "It's me… I'm back." His right eye was now sky blue and he had some contact like lens that was green on his finger. His expression was both joyful and nervous at the same time.

Skyna's eyes got big and tears began to form in them as she muttered with her voice instead of telepathically, "Varik?"

Several minutes later Varik carried Skyna out of the building after doing some very hasty (and sloppy) first aid on Skyna's legs. He looked down both alleyways before heading back the way he came. He ran toward the airport, but right as it came in sight they both came across a group of pokemon and humans fighting. They had to get past somehow and both sides were potential enemies to the human and Gardevoir.

"**** it just my luck," muttered Varik as he watched the battle that cut off their path to the airport. Just then someone rounded the corner of the building they were hiding behind and looked directly at them…

Skyna was confused by all her emotions as her sudden rescue by her long lost friend. 'Why had he come back now of all times?' she wondered as several different emotions filled her mind. She looked up at Varik as he ran with her in his arms. His emotions felt determined and worried at the same time as he moved toward their escape. Just then fear filled his mind and his eyes got big. Skyna turned her head and looked at the figure in front of them…

Logan Johnson
Sunnyshore City
Outskirts

Captain's Mikkelson's words stuck with Logan. Captain Mikkelson waved his hand, requesting that his soldiers move forward. The Battalion moved forward, and began engaging fire on the Pokemon. The Pokemon army seemed surprised by the rear attack, just what the plan was. Logan hid behind a wrecked car, and fired at a cluster of Pokemon. Logan successfully eliminated the cluster, and the firefight began. Logan ducked back into cover, and reloaded his XM8. Captain Mikkelson tapped Logan and barked,

" We gotta get to the downtown district!"

Logan nodded and fired at a Venusaur, taking down the Pokemon. Logan noticed a Soldier approaching Captain Mikkelson, this soldier shooting at a few Pokemon with a Barret sniper rifle. The Soldier hit Captain Mikkelson on the side of the arm with the back of his hand to get his attention.

"You need to get the 50 cal turrets into the city, for a line to stop their advance!" The Soldier yelled over the gunshots. Captain Mikkelson nodded and ordered his men to do that via his Radio. The Soldiers loaded up into the Humvee's and drove into the City, engaging enemy targets.

" Logan," Captain Mikkelson shouted,

" Get into the Tahoe and follow the Convoy into the City." Logan nodded and jumped into the Tahoe, and waited for Mikkelson to get in. Before driving away, Logan rolled down the window and asked the Soldier,

" Hey, do you need a lift into the City? If you do, get in."

Mark Vargas
Sunyshore
Convoy

"Pack up boys, were rolling in 60." He said as he hopped up in the front 50 cal. The convoy was soon rolling into the center of the city and formed a line in front of the advancing PokeRebel army. There was enough space between each humvee for the fleeing and cowardly soldiers to get through, which help swell the blockades numbers. Mark hoped out of the turret and let a more cowardly soldier use it. The LAM's laser of his Adaptive Combat Rifle (ACR) was now on the PR army. Someone put on some 'Nam era music, which was suiting as they were going to do the same thing, mow down a horde of who knows how many enemies with big and little guns. When the soldiers were finished running threw and re grouping, they came to the front of the blockade, at that point in time, a sh!tstorm of bullets was unleashed on the pokemon. They kept collapsing on the street, and the marines kept dishing out bullets. Silence came running up, and Mark took that as a challenge, He pulled out his Bowie knife and charge at Silence. She launched a blizzard, but Mark wasn't thinking straight and became an ice cube.

"Fall Back!" Yelled Sarge. The Spec ops unit had mostly stuck together, only was missing was 1stLt Vargas. They hadn't heard from him for a good 10 minutes now. The Pokemon were right on there tail. Daniel fired a slug at them "Yea, There's one for your face!" He yelled at the collapsing pokemon. Danny followed the squad into a building, and barricaded the door closed. Danny pumped his shotty and fired another slug into the pokemon crowd. His shots, along with the rest of the teams killed off the threat. They took a quick minute to assess there status and ammunition levels.

"Hot D***!" said a ravager pilot over the radio. I began moving down to were the PR where. I fired a 120 mm. shot at a group of PR and watch them fly in the air. I began firing my chain gun at pokemon flying in the air. A pokemon came up behind the Ravager and tried to short it out, but... I took a step backwards and squashed it. "Ohh yeahh" I said as I began spraying the PR with the chain gun. I zoomed in on a group of PR and shot them with my Acid Rounds. I watched them scream when I heard a large stomp behind me. "Oh, s***" I jumped out of the Ravager right before the PR's Groudon Stomped on me.

I jumped out of the Ravager right before I got stomped on. I ran down the street with my UMP-45. I shot a few rounds at a group of Pikachu running down the street. I got them all when I saw an old friend, Alex.

(We were in Hearthome, how the hell are we all in Sunnyshore now? Whatever I'll go with it...)

Hector Arcturus
SUNNYSHORE

As the battle began, Hector realized now how truly bloody things were getting, and how messy the battlefield was slowly becoming. While Rumble and himself tried to align the troops and contain the situation, it was evident that this wasn't going to be an easy victory, or one which the other side won't put up some fight. This was going to be the meanest, bloodiest battle yet. And in the end, it may cost many their lives. This was something Hector had been trying to avoid for the longest time now. Victory through other means besides full on bloodshed. With time, things were supposed to happen. Victory after victory. But Pokemon grew impatient, and it was the inevitability of Pokemon that led to the outcome of the reckless attack against Sunnyshore. Even with all their troops, even with Groudon, this wasn't going to be an easy day to forget.

Hector traveled across the battlefield, doing damage wherever he could. Jun was right there with him, which was an advantage as most humans didn't attack him, and he was easily able to go in for the kill. Having a human on his side, especially closeby, was an advantage for Hector. Jun smiled casually as he fought side by side with his old friend Hector. Jun spoke up to Hector.

"How are you doing?"

"Holding in there. You?"

Jun shrugged. "As best as you can be while in a war, I suppose." He said, as he shot down another human with his pistol. Hector decided to bring in the rest of the army, as he had another few hundred troops that would come into Sunnyshore from the North, from Veilstone.

"Reinforcements coming in." Jun said, smiling as the rest of the PR army joined the already brutal force. "But still, throughout all this, Pokemon still died." Hector agreed. Many of their allies were also dying around. They had to make something happen. Hector thought of something. As he turned to Jun, he noticed Jun having a thought as well. Hector spoke first.

"The best way to take out an army..."

Jun finished the sentence. "...is to take out it's head." Hector nodded in response, and the two took off once more.

Their target was clear. The man who had led the HR through the thick and thin was also the one in charge of the forces. One of the more reckless humans Hector had ever heard of: Jack Sparks.

Sergeant Major Daniel Alcatraz
Sunyshore
House

Danny was on the top floor with Corporal O'Reilly, the sniper of the squad. Daniel was spotting. "Sonava Bi*ch!" (Spelt it like that on purpose) He yelled. "What?" O'reilly asked back. "Target, 200 meters down the road," He hated this part "Human, Male with pistol, killin' are boys." "I Can't shoot one of out own." The corporal said in shock. "Want me to draw on your scope so he looks like a pokie?" Alcatraz asked in a smart ass tone of voice. "Do you want me to snap your neck? I'll just shoot him." He took aim with the Remington 700 and fired at the man. "Oh," the Sergeant Major said "I see how it is, you'd break my neck before you shot a man killing out troops." "Yea, something like that." O'reilly said. The squad packed up and left the building the way they came in and disappeared into the 'Safe Zone' or behind the convoy. They stocked up on ammo and got ready to help for a minute or two.

(Since I've nothing else to do, I'm coming for Varik and Skyna)

Rumble
Sunnyshore City
Building

Rumble could see the whole city from up there. The maniac was standing there, feeling the air going through his gel, with an angry and vengeful, mixed with joy expression on his face. His large eyes were observing the battlefield; Humans were firing bombs at them, Psychics returned them wherever they could. Steel and Rock Pokemon were closing in the human forces, Fire Pokemon were razing them with fire. He looked in the back - and saw a large group of humans attacking the Pokemon from behind.
He instanly looked at the Pokemon who were standing in the hill; Electric and Ground types.

Rumble shut his eyes and sent a message to the 2 Bronzongs that were there.

Cut them off right in the middle. The ones forward will be cleaned up by the Grass types, the ones cut off will be crushed by the reinforcements. Understood?

The street where the building Rumble had climbed up to was quiet - the battle hadn't reached this place yet. Rumble examined the buildings with disgust and hatred towards humans. Left of him was the upcoming battle and right of him was the airport.
The screams he heard brought joy to him. Blood, carnage.. But all this is way too tiring. I think I'll retire as a politician when all this mess ends.

His thoughts were cut off as he looked down the street - a man carrying the shiny Gardevoir that had healed him before. Rumble guessed that man was her trainer, from the worried look on his face. It also seemed his prescense was terrifying.

".. Look who it is! That medic. I'm terribly sorry" Rumble paused, with his eyes glowing, sign that he was not sorry at all, "but this is not the time for teary reunions. Aaand from what I see here, a medic not healing herself is as good as a dead medic."

And with that, he raised his arm and used his flamethrower, directed straight at the human. That buzzing sound, the sound Rumble loved, came out of his weapon on his left arm, spitting flames which covered the street, burning off the pavement.
