Althalos Fizen
Jubilife city
Out side of PR base

The sudden attack knocked Althalos backwards and he fell down. "That was uncalled for, Lydia, understandable, but uncalled for." He tried standing on his own, and found that he could at least stand some what. He limped over to Ali and helped him up.
"Get out of here, and don't come back! Ever!" Lydia yelled at them. Although her voice was drained, it was loud and it sung Althalos, to have made his first friend in a pokemon, and already to have her taken away, and on her own accord as well. As Althalos left with Ali, he looked back to see her passed out on the ground. He hesitated for a moment, still wanting to go back, to at least help her to stand, but he couldn't move fast enough on his own strength, and already, pokemon were scrambling around the base.
The two boys made their way into the forest and Althalos, despite his current physical pain, managed to stop, stand up straight and salute the up right guns as they passed through the exit of the city.

Wade
Jubilife City
Cells

"....Wha.....?" Wade opened his eyes and looked around. Everything looked fine. Apparently he had dozed off when Ali and the others arrived, and had no idea what had happened during his sleep. Getting up to his feet once again, he glanced around to see if there were any trespassers nearby. When the hallway was clear he looked into the cell. Althalos was still there. Good. Something was strange though, he seemed to be half-transparent. Wade had his doubts, but maybe humans were half-transparent. With a shrug, Wade turned around and groomed himself, yawning. He looked at the clock when he was done. It was almost time, and Althalos should be executed soon. Getting up again, he walked to the cell. To his surprise, Althalos' sitting pose didn't change at all, which made Wade tilt his head in confusion. Despite that, he started talking.

"So, Althalos. I think it's almost time for your execution. Don't even think about it if you want a painless death. I believe the Commander would like to kill you as painful as possible-" Wade started then looked at Althalos. Hm. He wasn't moving, "What the Fiddlesticks? What, too scared to reply?"

Going closer to the cell bars, he frowned. Then he stepped back, flinging a little shadow ball towards Althalos. To his surprise, the ball went right through the 'body', and the image faded. The cell was the empty. Althalos was gone, and an illusion had taken his place. He thought for a while. Lydia could make illusions. Did she...? No, she couldn't. She wouldn't. She won't do such a thing. Wade told himself, comforting himself, but somehow, he wasn't sure. Then he gulped. Hector would come any second. He had to run.

"SHOOT!" Wade's eyes widened, his expression full of fear, "Hector's going to KILL ME."

Scurrying out the cells, he didn't notice Mark still hiding inside. Even if he did, he won't care. If Hector knew about this, Wade's probably gonna be dead one instead of Althalos. Running up the stairs he rushed out of the base before Hector could even know what had happened. How did he get out?! What happened?! There was no CCTV installed. His eyes squinted as he saw a little Pokemon on the ground, right outside the base, 100 meters from him. He gulped.

"Oh no. Oh no oh no oh no." Wade murmured, rushing towards the unconscious Zorua and shook her, "Wake up Lydia! Wake up!"

No response.

Wade bent down and felt her pulse. She was still alive. Then he checked for injuries. She looked absolutely fine. Internal bleeding? Probably not. What happened? He had no idea. Maybe she wore herself out, or maybe she ate something wrong. He looked into the sky, about to use moonlight when all of a sudden he stopped. It was noon. The moon wasn't going to come out in a few hours, and under the intense sunlight, he couldn't possibly use Moonlight to heal whatever was wrong with her. He had to do something else. But he couldn't bring her back to base. Hector was there. Great now i'm afraid of my own commander. Wade sighed. He wondered if he could ever return to the PR, full of pride and dignity. He fell asleep on the job. He'll be punished severely...he was sure that the PR had death penalties.

"WHERE'S THE MOON WHEN YOU NEED IT!" Wade stomped the ground and carried Lydia, placing his partner on his back, her legs dangling on both sides of his back as he brought her not towards the base, but to a little stream nearby. The stream was going towards Sandgem from Mt Coronet. The snow must be melting. Wade drank some water then looked at the lifeless Zorua. Seeing his own partner, or girlfriend, in pain was the only thing that could make him cry. Despite that he tried to be strong. He didn't cry. He sniffled though. He stopped by the stream and got some water, spraying some water onto her body, then grabbed a nearby berry and stuffed it into her mouth, hoping that she'll be alright. He rested his head onto her stomach, hugging her, giving her warmth...waiting for the berry to work.

Silence Quickslash
Jubilife City
New PR Base
On a ledge outside the commanders window

"You, all pokemon, being the current oppressors of the humans, and this is something for you to think about, not for you to answer. Is it better to die on your feet than live on your knees, or to live on your feet than die on your knees? Think of it as in the position that you are in right now, as the attackers. Think about it from our position, of the weaker defenders too." Silence heard the human saying. "I have already said this a few times, but I can't stress it enough, that if I live through this war, when this whole thing is over, I would gladly, gladly, become friends with almost any pokemon again, and that almost is only one that I would rather kill than anything." She heard footsteps and guessed the boy was leaving the room when the sound stopped and she heard his voice again. "I have no idea what any human did to you to make you hate humans so much, but I am sincerely sorry." Than the sound of receding footsteps returned as the boy left the room.

"Take him. Don't let him escape. No matter what sort of person he is...he's a human. Imprison him in the cells." Hector told someone.

Silence was thinking about what he had said. She was slightly curious as to whether it was all a hoax or if perhaps he really was telling the truth. Maybe she'd ask him if she saw him again... She shook her head. 'Snap out of it. There's no way it's true' she told herself. Khufu's voice broke into her thoughts.

"I started life living with a human. Really, I learned a lot with the knowledge of humanity at my disposal," the general began. "But... something was wrong. My master gave me no forgiveness whenever I made a mistake in my life, which was often."

"He never treated me as an equal, only a slave. When I crossed the line on something important, I realised how he, and all of humanity, viewed us. I ran, never looking back, until I found Magnus. Magnus was a Graveler who, unlike others I had met during my life, actually seemed to care about me. He was the closest friend I ever had. For the first time, I began to feel confident and secure. But it didn't last. Months ago, the rebellion broke out and a human shot Magnus, fatally wounding him. It was then that I extended my hatred of my old master to all of humanity."

"So, with no reason not to have revenge, I joined PokeRebel and eventually became a General. But in my time here, I've begun to see something else in humans. They aren't all that bad, Hector. True, they have plenty of bad individuals, but don't we as well?"

"And as for my skills, well, I'm a good tactician, and not a bad fighter. Good enough, at least, so I can defend myself if I need to."

A smirk crept its way onto Silence's face. 'So that's Khufu's story. Very interesting,' she thought.

"Here's the deal, General. The last battle was a travesty in my eyes. I know, probably a surprise to hear, but this must be said. We won, yes, but if we keep having "victories" like these, we may as well give up on trying to achieve our rights over the humans. We lost too many soldiers, good soldiers. Our battle plan was too messy, and a bit reckless. I plan not to have every conflict from here on to be as bad as the first. This must, of course, remain between you and me so we don't lessen our troop's morale. In their eyes, this must be a complete victory. I'm sure you understand. Ignorance is a bliss sometimes."

There was a sigh and the sound of restless pacing.

"You spoke earlier of having second thoughts, of saying not all humans are bad. I know this to be true as well, Khufu, but we cannot hesitate. I am the Commander, and you are my general. We have to represent our cause to the Pokemon. No matter if we meet a human with good intention, like perhaps the one here earlier is, we must do what is necessary, time and time again. I want you to understand this, and to promise me you will always do what is necessary, no matter how terrible it might sound, and no matter how much a human seems like a nice one."

There was a knock on the door and Silence heard some pokemon come in.

"Here he is, Commander", someone said.

"Where's the rest of you?"

There was silence and Silence guessed something had happened to the other pokemon sent to capture the boy.

"Put him in the cells, monitor him heavily. Have periodic switches of guarding him. I want him on 24/7 surveillance," Hector said and the pokemon left with what Silence guessed to be the human boy in custody.

It had been some time and Silence was thinking of leaving when she heard one of the pokemon from earlier come in.

"Commander! He's awake!" the pokemon said.

Someone else entered and the Weavile was surprised to hear Wade's voice. She hadn't seen him in awhile.

"Commander. You have anything for me to do?" the Umbreon questioned.

"Actually...yes. Come with me." Hector said. "General, see to the rest of the MIA's and KIAs while I'm gone."

The moment she heard them leave the room, Silence sidled back over to the opposite window, opened it by sticking her claws in the slit she had left when closing it, and climbed into the room. She took the elevator to the bottom floor and went back to her little corner. She was dozing off when she heard she heard shouts. Silence was immediately wide awake and saw a human... no, wait, humans run out the door.

"Make sure no one's hurt!" she snapped to a Chansey as she ran out the door. She stopped and looked around and spotted them running toward the city exit. She lost sight of them a few times, but it wasn't hard to find them seeing as they obviously would want to get out of the city. When they left the city boundaries she stopped. Silence wasn't going to go running after them now. For all she knew, there could be plenty more humans out there. Instead she fired a Focus Blast at them in irritation. She wasn't really aiming and it hit behind them, though it did still create a small explosion.

The blue feathered Weavile stood there for a moment than turned and walked back to the base. Running and the many attacks she had used today were beginning to take their toll on her. She was nearing the base when she thought she saw something by a stream close by that flowed towards Sandgem Town. Silence moved closer and the things took shape and she recognized Wade and Lydia. Lydia looked to be unconscious and Wade seemed to be trying to keep her warm. Silence moved silently closer to them and when she was sure she was in hearing range said, "Am I missing something or do spies cuddle all the time? I must admit, you two look very cute together."

Streets

The green Pokemon, levitating in the dark, had seen it all. He heard Lydia yelling at the humans, knocking them back with a Night Daze, and then falling unconcious. He looked at the tape which recorded every single moment of this betrayal - but he didn't smile, what he was feeling he couldn't identify. He just couldn't betray her back. But he'd keep the tape, just in case she was acting. His dark amber eyes glowed as he was thinking of the situation.
I can't help her in front of the humans. But I can't do anything else either... Huh? What's.. that? The shiny Umbreon I saw in the cell! Why's it running? Oh.. Hahah.. I get it. Hector must be really angry...
The shiny Umbreon picked up Lydia and took her out of the city. As the curious Pokemon Rumble was, he'd follow them but he decided to go home.. He desperately wanted to fix his camouflage cloak.

So he slowly levitated home, thinking of the events of the day. He thought of how Lydia betrayed Pokemon, and how she had doubts later...
Rumble walked into the elevator, and pinged "2F".
He found himself admiring what he experienced - risking her own life for two pathetic little humans. No.. that was stupid of hers.
The green Psychic Pokemon was lost in his thoughts, when he walked in the appartment. He immediately removed the scrapped camouflage cloak and started working on it, trying to fix it, while looking at its blueprints.

After two hours, he was done with it, and looked into the talking devices he was about to invent for Pokemon. All night he was working on them - he made one pair.
I'll work on the others later.. now I need some sleep.

Ali and Althalos walked in silence, the General still holding the sniper's weight. Ali could see that Althalos was upset by the reaction from Lydia, but he didn't know what to say. All he could think was that when he found Mark, he was going to kill him. He almost threw the entire mission, and by killing that Swampert he could very easily have started an attack there and then. Vargas just epitomised everything that the Pokerebels stood against, and every image the Human Republic were trying to diminish. Now that the Pokemon were convinced that humans were pure killers, the war was now certain to be prolonged much further than necessary, which neither side had the resources for.

As Althalos stopped to salute the guns, Ali reciprocated. Althalos was much too innocent for a war like this, as shown by his foolhardy attempt to appeal to the Commander. To an extent, Ali was glad that Lydia had refused their comradeship, as a secret alliance would only confuse matters. However, Althalos didn't seem likely to stay loyal to either side and Ali feared for both the safety of his sniper and the well-being of his establishment.

"Althalos." Ali said quietly as they reached the outskirts of Jubilife. "I'm sorry that you lost your friend." He stopped walking and looked at Althalos.
"The reason she sent us away was to stop the confusion between enemy and friend. We're on opposing sides, and as much as I don't like it, we need to be hard asses now. Lydia knows it too, and she knows the importance of loyalty. Any friendship on either side will be seen as betrayal, and the two of you will be in immediate danger if caught. You would do well to learn from her mistakes, because Commander Jack won't be as likely to look the other way if he were to find out."

"You're not without friends here, you know. Not everyone in this war joined just to kill, believe you me."

Mark stuck to the shadows, obviously everyone already knew he was there, but he still hid. Only when everyone left did he leave."Last one out." mark said, joking to himself. He walked out to find a dead crowd of pokemon. When did this happen? Must have been althalos escape. He stepped over the bodies and pulled out his pistol and his Active Camo. All better now, the timer was reset, he had another 10 minutes of stealth. Mark just turned on his cloak when the enemy commander walked by. Mark held his breath and stood completely still, since that is how the active camo works best. The arcanine passed by, and mark booked it out of the base once the pokemon was a good distance away. Mark bashed his way through the front door while running. Vargas cleared the first pile of debris that was in his way. He could see his F1 from here, he picked up his speed to get there faster only to trip over a corpse. He landed awkwardly and heard a loud *Snap* and yelled "F**K!" He stood back up and limped the rest of the way to the F1. Mark did a single doughnut and drove towards oreburgh.

"I know." Althalos sighed when he saw Ali stop. "It's just, it felt nice to be friends with a pokemon again, not just on terms of not killing each other, but actual friends." Althalos was tired, and hurt. He limped along next to Ali. Just then, a McLaren F1 drove by, the engine roaring with a satisfying thunder. Althalos waved to Mark, who was still driving the vehicle, and third sprinted, third dragged his legs and third limped his way to the car as it stopped. Knife girl was in it, still passed out. That tranquilizer had really done a number on the poor girl. "Hey Ali, help me move this girl into the back!" Althalos yelled and started pushing her into the cramped are behind the seats.

The sight of the McLaren did nothing to Ali's already diminishing patience. Althalos waved down the car, and the two limped towards the vehicle, albeit grudgingly on Ali's part. Vargas was driving the car, and it was all Ali could do not to scream at him there and then. Instead, he gave the man a stern glare in attempt to warn him, before assisting Althalos with moving an unconscious girl into the back seat.
The girl was completely unfamiliar to Ali, but then again he was new here himself. From her attire he assumed she was a spy, and not even the most experienced Lieutenants could claim to know every spy in the establishment. He assumed that she was alive, or else Vargas would have sent for help. However, his forever decreasing trust in the man meant that Ali checked her breathing, just to be sure.

"Tranquilised?" He asked Althalos, who nodded. Ali inclined his head in response before sitting her up in the back seat. Ali offered the front seat to Althalos, under the alibi that the boy was more injured and slightly bigger than him. In actual fact, Ali wished for the peace of the back seat, away from the arrogant driver. He closed his eyes and rested as the car set off for Oreburgh.

(Just to be clear, I don't think ODST is being arrogant, it's just Ali's interpretation on Mark. Adds for interesting reading, no? :P)

Mark was driving when he spotted althalos and ali. Athalos waved down mark, Who hit the brakes. The car slid sideways to a stop and the two soldiers limped over. "Hey Ali, help me move this girl into the back!" Althalos yelled at the general. Mark kind of watched trying to say "There isn't realllyyy..... a...... back..., oh whatever." Mark caught a glare from his C.O. "Wade kinda got away..... sir....." "Got a stranded trooper out of the new PR base though, so i guess that's a plus." The two soldiers were now in the 2 seats next to the drivers seat, which is in the center, they are the only other seats in the car, since there are no back seats."Anyone want some music, there's tones of CDs under the left passenger seat. Mark floored the pedal, hand on the 6-speed stick shift. It took half a minute for them to get to 200 MPH. "Althalos, when did you get jailed, and get out, never mind that HOW did you get out?" Mark reached under the left seat and pulled out a CD, put it in the CD player and put the track 2, Guerrilla radio.

(How bout we just say the back is the trunk, no?)

Lydia
Sandgem Town
River

Picking up noises from the outside, her eyes opened as she also opened up to the world. Though fuzzy as first, her eyesight restored as she looked to find Wade holding her. Lydia's ears perked up in surprise. The umbreon had found her; did he know about what she did? Most likely not, but she was glad to finally see him again after all that had happened.

"W-Wade!" she said aloud, smiling and sounding only somewhat surprised. He always seemed to be there for her whenever she needed help, and here he was again. "I'm so happy to see you! W-where are we?" Scanning the area, she failed to recognize any of it. As she was looking around, however, she noticed Silence from afar. tHe Weavile walked closer, talking as she did.

"Am I missing something or do spies cuddle all the time? I must admit, you two look very cute together."

Lydia wasn't sure if what the PR member said was a compliment or an insult, however she frowned all the same. Everywhere she went, Silence seemed to follow. Though it was most likely a coincidence, the Zorua wished the pokemon would keep her distance. Lydia didn't reply. She was tired and sore, even if she was awake now.

Althalos Fizen
route 203
McLaren F1

"It's a long story, for all three questions." Althalos muttered, looking out the window as the scenery flew by at 200 mph. The excitement of being in such a fast and exotic car was drained form Althalos, and despite the high speed driving, he felt as if everything were moving slowly. The music sounded distant as it it started up and Althalos could barely make out the lyrics as he drowned out everything except the thundering roar of the cars engine.

As soon as the car stopped in front of the HR base in Oreburgh, he hopped out and limped to the old pokemon center, which was now a hospital. He limped through the sliding doors and sat down in one of the chairs. There weren't many people there, but most of them seemed more injured than he was. After about 10 minutes of waiting, a nurse came and got him.
"Hello, what seems to be the problem?" she asked with a smile.
"I got an attack straight to the legs. They hurt, a lot. I don't want any surgery or anything, but some kind of pain reliever maybe?" Althalos tried to smile back as he stood.
"Yes, I'll be right back." she said and left. A few minutes later, the nurse came back. "Here you are," she handed him a container of pills. "Take two with each meal. Your legs should start feeling better in a week." she said.
"Thank you very much... ?" Althalos took the container of pills and gave her a questioning look.
"Cheryl." She said and left. Althalos repeated her name to himself a few times and left. He immediately made his way to the HR base and found himself an empty bunk. He then made his way tot he mess hall; he was starving and the last thing he had eaten was a fourth of a three musketeers bar. He took whatever goop they were serving and shoved it down his throat, swallowing two of the pills with coc-a-cola. A few other soldiers came and sat next to him.
"You're the one with the napalm gun, right?" one of the soldiers asked, recognizing him.
"Da*n straight." Althalos leaned back in his chair and raised his coke in a mock toast.
"Little kids shouldn't play with fire, but you're better than nothing." the soldier nodded at him. Althalos took his leave and went back to his bunk. He took off the hidden blade and set it under the bunk, laid down and fell asleep.

Wade
Between Jubilife and Sandgem (for your information, Lydia xD)
Stream

Wade was about to fall asleep, hugging Lydia tight, his eyes getting heavier when all of a suddenly Lydia started moving. Eyes widening, Wade didn't feel a bit tired and he smiled at her as she looked back at him. His body felt warm every time he saw her sweet smile, and this was no exception.

"W-Wade!" She shouted, smiling and Wade cuddled her, his nose rubbing against hers gently. She was alright. The berry had worked after all. Too happy for words, he kissed her on the lips, not letting go of the kiss until he heard Silence speaking from behind.

"Am I missing something or do spies cuddle all the time? I must admit, you two look very cute together." She said, walking towards the two. Lydia frowned as Wade pulled back. Privacy problems? Maybe. Smiling at Silence and blushing a little, Wade rolled his eyes.

"What brings you here, Silence?" Wade asked, looking at the Weavile then back at Lydia, answering her question.

"W-we're between Jubilife and Sandgem, Lydia. I had to run away because Hector would probably kill me if he knows about the prisoners escape. Hector's gonna blame me and it's gonna be my fault...well...it IS my fault...never mind."

Wade sighed. His reputation was going to be damaged rather severely after this incident. He was sure of it, but he stayed silent. He didn't want to go back. Not now. They were alone. Silence. Wade. Lydia. Nobody was spying on them and he wanted to rest and relax. Hugging Lydia again, he turned to Silence.

"So uh....what'd you wanna talk about?"

Rumble
Jubilife City
'Secret' Base

Rumble suddenly woke up. Hekept his eyes shut, he was still levitating in the appartment he invaded a few hours ago. He had a very bad dream, involving his training as a killer in Veilstone... he didn't quite remember the dream.
Rumble thought of Lydia - where was she? Was she okay?
Again this feeling, he couldn't recognize it. The humans haven't taught me to care for others... Of course, I was just a tool. They'll pay... Those who made me, will pay. I won't just kill them.. I'll make them drink their own blood. And when that time comes, I'll let them know it's me who's gonna be standing above them.
Rumble's lust for revenge suddenly fired up, he opened his eyes and run to the elevator, going downstairs.
He was gonna check if Lydia was alright, and this time, no human would stop him from developing feelings for other Pokemon.

The green Pokemon entered the PR base in hope to see Lydia and the Umbreon who picked her up.
Ugh, no way they came here.. That Umbreon was running from the Commander. But Lydia was in danger, wouldn't he risk it and go inside the base if it was to help her?
All the Pokemon in the base seemed to be in a fuss, trying to find the prisoner who escaped, but Rumble wouldn't tell them. He didn't even care, right now.
Rumble walked in the Pokemon Center area, inside the PR base.
This seems to be the place.. if they're in the PR, they oughta be here.
He saw a bunch of injured Pokemon in beds, some in the floor, blood everywhere. It broke his tiny heart. But Lydia and the Umbreon were nowhere to be found.

He exited the PR base, and headed for his secret base at a slow pace.

Luke Van Eyla
Jubilife City
PR Base (No. 2?)- Yay, we have more bases, lol! I'm too outdated right? xD

Luke felt his ice-cone body lightening as he opened his eyes. He was in a room, a sick bay to be precise. A group of two? No, three Chansey nurses were mingling about his ward. A little eager Happiny skipped over the other Egg Pokemon legs, wanting to aid in the job. A Chansey waddled over to Luke's bed and beckoned him, "Here, drink this. It'll make you feel better." Luke didn't hesitate and flowed the bubbly liquid down his throat. Softboiled sure is good. I should feign illness more often. The Vanillite chuckled at that joke. Stifling a groan, Luke started to get off the bed. The Chanseys moved off to tend to the others. The same Happiny caught his eye and it hurriedly bounced towards him and offered a hand to help him balance.

"Thanks, young one." He complimented the Playhouse Pokemon and she blushed timidly and once he was able to levitate correctly in mid-air, the pink egg-shaped creature bobbed away to look for things to do. Luke oriented himself and floated across the room, right through the door. He zipped through the corridors, laughing heartily at the speed and adrenalin. "Whoops! Sorry!" He veered round the bend, swerving before he collided into other Pokemon. "Make way!! Hahah!" He smirked and created a breeze of chilly flakes and send it fluttering down the ventilators. A few people glared at him, annoyed as a ruffled Chatot. A Sentret shrieked as Luke almost bumped and caused it to trip. "Hey you ice-cream doofus!" The Vanillite snorted and buzzed on his way. He neared the Training Rooms and slowed down his pace. As he was free from any current duty and technically, on the medical excuse from the doctors, he decided to do a bit of training to get into the momentum. Luke hadn't forget how he dropped his guard to glance behind to ensure that the Weavile as alright and got clocked by the human sniper. It was humiliating to plummet to the roads down below, he could've gotten a concussion or brain damage. A frown plastered on his face as he pushed open the door and booked an empty battle room. He bobbed inside and the metal doors sealed tight, allowing only registered members to enter, if the Ice type allowed them of course.

Luke tabbed in the keys on the computer system and set up 5 different sets of enemy droids. The first 2 were relatively difficult but Luke had a sadistic time blasting them to icicle shards and rusted iron bits. Droids were designed and operated on Pokemon. The subsequent sets were meant to be much more of a challenge as Luke had wanted the to be. The third set consisted of his weaknesses: 3 Slugmas, 3 Ponytas and 3 Houdours. He managed to defeat the Ponytas who were defensively unstable and fought off 2 of the Houndours. However the Slugmas remained stubborn and in a moment of frustration, Luke convected a charged beam of bluish electricity at the clustered group of lava creatures, causing a purge of smoke and the impact split the Fire types up. A Slugma faded away, implying that the Vanillite did it this time. The lone Houndour snarled and bounded towards him, snapping its searing fangs onto his cream body. He was singed to a crisp charred swirl of vanilla ice-cream. Luke shook off the dirt and charred bits and proceeded to conjure glinting metal bits in the air around him and boomed them around the now-panicking Houndour. It had seen what happen to its friends and was now expecting the worse. As Luke sucked in ice to blow at the Slugmas, the looks on their faces snapped something in his mind. Instead, he halted and then, eradicated all the sprites from the computer.

The Vanillite floated the sides of the battle room and sat down to rest. What was I thinking? Humans are our enemies! Why was I fighting against my own kind? Why am I so stupid?? He mentally scolded himself for a good 20 minutes before letting go off the bench and return to the computer. This time, he programmed human sprites of gunman, soldiers, snipers and aerial combatants. Then, he relaxed his muscles and felt the vengeance within his body grow into a sick wrath of ice and frost. He would fight harder by sevenfold for the sin he committed against his own kind.

Ali Krista
Oreburgh City
HR Base

When the McLaren pulled up in the centre of Oreburgh, Ali didn't hesitate to leave as briskly as possible. He wasn't in the mood to rant and rave at Mark just yet, but he was sure that the man knew it was coming. He stood outside the car, suggesting that somebody sorted out the girl in the back.

"Take her to the hospital. If they've not enough beds, then bring her to the base and I'll find somewhere for her," he'd said before limping towards the base himself. He'd never been in the Oreburgh base and wasn't sure of where his office was. Not wanting to have to talk to anybody, Ali wandered around the building until he found the door which read "General Ali". He quickly walked inside, shutting the door and collapsing into the chair behind his desk.

The office was slightly smaller than the one in Sunyshore, but otherwise it was almost identical. The large window behind his desk gave an overview of Route 207 and, to his disgust, Jubilife was just about visible. Ali drew the blinds and went back to his seat, rubbing his aching, shoeless feet. His boots were probably still at the entrance of the forest at Jubilife, but Ali couldn't care less if he tried. He pulled the phone on his desk towards him and punched in the number of his home on Sunyshore beach.

"Hello?" Came the voice of Ali's 9 year old sister, and the general's frustration melted away.

"Hey stranger."

"Ali! When are you coming home?"

"Not sure yet sorry Luce, got a big load of work to do here. Missing you all loads though."

"We miss you too. Ali, will you tell James to stop taking the TV remote? He's hogged it all day and he won't listen to us."

The conversation continued for three quarters of an hour before Ali managed to pull himself away from the receiver. Tears furiously burned in his eyes at the thought of home, before it was blocked by a vision of his old Luxray, lying dead on the sidewalk.
"GARGH!" Ali punched the wall, causing the plaster to crack a little. His hand bleeding slightly, Ali sat at his desk, picking up the phone once more.

"Hello, Mary? Has anyone seen the Commander? ... Frozen, still? Damn. Okay, alert me when he's awake, please. Thanks. Yeah, I'm fine. Okay, thanks, later."

Between Sandgem & Jubilife

"What brings you here, Silence?" Wade questioned her.

"Oh, nothing. Just trying to catch the human that escaped," Silence replied casting a glance in Lydia's direction. She wasn't going to say anything as long as Wade was around, but she suspected Lydia had tried to help her human friend.

"W-we're between Jubilife and Sandgem, Lydia," Wade was saying. nI had to run away because Hector would probably kill me if he knows about the prisoner's escape. Hector's gonna blame me and it's gonna be my fault... well... it IS my fault... nevermind."

Silence wasn't sure now. She didn't think Lydia would do anything to harm Wade but you could never be to sure...

"So uh... What'd you wanna talk about?" the Umbreon asked her.

She frowned inwardly but kept a calm look on her face. There was something she wanted to talk about but she wasn't about to ruin the relationship between the two spies by saying it while Wade was there. "Nothing really. I wasn't even planning to find you, it just so happened I was passing this way. What about you? If you can't come back to the PR without Hector killing you, what will you do?"

Mark Vargas
Oreburgh City
HR Base

"It's a long story, for all three questions." althalos said quietly. "What? you need to speak up." mark said. They arrived in front of the HR base a few minutes later. The F1 came to a stop outside the base and marks 2 able passengers climbed out. "What, no goodbye hug! hahahahaha." Mark flung down the suicide door and sped off Drifting around the corner to find parking. Mark found a parking space and clambered out of the car and limped to the trunk. He opened it to find elixa, and picked her up, untying her. Mark limped over to the pokemon center, now a hospital, with the spy over his shoulder. He found them a seat inside and waited. A few minutes later a nurse came by "Hi, what seems to be wrong." The nurse asked politely "Do you have anything to wake this girl up?" mark answered "Oh, and i'm pretty sure i broke my leg." The nurse took away the knife chic. About about 30 minutes later, she came back and took mark to the doc.

The PR was ready for an attack on the humans, who wouldn't be expecting one so fast. Khufu was sure Hector would approve of his plans, but either way, the Pokemon needed to be prepared for fighting.

Normally, Khufu would have sent someone lower than him to meet Wade, Lydia, and Silence in or near Sandgem Town and bring them back to Jubilife, but everyone else was busy sharpening their fighting skills. He'd have to take care of this one himself.

Finally, near Sandgem Town, the three spies came into view. Khufu was relieved to find all three in one place, but still was irritated. The spies were talking about something, and none of them really seemed to notice Khufu as he approached them.

"Nothing really. I wasn't even planning to find you, it just so happened I was passing this way. What about you? If you can't come back to the PR without Hector killing you, what will you do?" Silence said, evidently in response to a question from Wade. Khufu didn't know what direction the conversation had taken before he arrived, but it didn't matter to him.

"He won't kill you over something like letting a prisoner escape, Wade," Khufu snapped. "All three of you, I need back at Jubilife immediately to plan our next attack."

Hector Arcturus
Jubilife City
PR Base

Hector was in his office, where he expected to find Khufu, as he needed to do some planning with him, but he was gone. As was Wade, and a few other notable members. Hector was suspicious, but decided to ignore it. Hector would begin planning the attack by himself. At least that way, he would know for sure that things won't go as bad as they went the first battle.

For one, there won't be a full on charge attack. The attack will be coordinated, and make sense. Hector looked at a map of Oreburgh City. That's where he wanted to strike next. There were two accessible parts into the city. One was via Route 207. The other was through the Oreburgh Bridge. Both paths would be heavily protected, but Hector had to choose which way he'd attack so that the least amount of Pokemon are killed.

Hector was deep in thought when suddenly a Seviper came in and spoke.

"Commander, the human prisoner has escaped!"

Hector looked over the Seviper and sighed, then looked back at the map.

"Really? This late? I would have imagined he would have escaped hours ago...Oh well. Please let me know when General Khufu gets back from wherever he is...and notify all necessary and important Pokemon that there will be a meeting in the war room in about one hour."

The Seviper nodded, a bit puzzled at Hector's response, and left with a nod. Hector looked outside the window. He had been expecting Althalos's escape, in fact, he had counted on it. It was a bit part of his plan. But enough of that for now. Hector didn't care much about the human either way. He had a battle to plan.

Rumble
Jubilife City
Outside PR

Rumble leaned on the wall of the Pokemon base. He stood there for a while, thinking his options: Search inside PR once more for Lydia, or turn back and go home?
Just then a Flareon busted out of the building. Hey, that's the commander! What's he doing?
After some thought, Rumble decided not to follow him. It was too risky... instead, he went inside the building again. Five minutes of searching the rooms and the offices, asking Pokemon about Lydia, he run past the Commander's office and heard his voice.

"Really? This late? I would have imagined he would have escaped hours ago...Oh well. Please let me know when General Khufu gets back from wherever he is...and notify all necessary and important Pokemon that there will be a meeting in the war room in about one hour."

Rumble let out a sigh. He wasn't expecting this. The tape that was inside the flashlight/radio on his hand seemed useless now. Blackmailing Lydia was out of his options, for now.
So the meeting is in 1 hour... but I have to inform the Commander about my secret base in Oreburgh, first.

Rumble knocked the door.
