Honestly i grind no matter what i always battle every trainer cause i think my pokes need to be strong also its fun pretending your level 53 dedenne is killing all the pokes around it that are trying to still get to 40 ^^

It's really funny to see my younger brother play Pokémon (he's 8), he often has no idea where he should be going to and grinds like hell, because he has nothing better to do. Like "Okay, I'm challenging the next Gym after my Machop has evolved." ...by beating level 12 wild Bidoof.

When I was that age, I didn't even realize the importance of levels. I would always try to avoid every trainer possible because I thought they would be a waste of time, haha.

(And now look at the grinding machine that I've become... xD)

Best series I find myself with when it comes to Grinding is the Tales of series because normally it's while I'm doing something on the side like trying to learn an arte or gathering items for synthesizing haha.

I find grinding in Fire Emblem: Awakening fun because I get to look forward to all the pairs and their children. :D

I also developed a personal system that when I play games like this with overworld encounters (ie. Pokemon, Golden Sun, etc.) I'll always fight and kill them. I won't dodge trainers or wild encounters, just fight and use that experience - so I don't need to grind at later times. Plus, the more over-leveled you are, the less fun the game anyways. ^^

Oh yeah, Fire Emblem: Awakening isn't that bad for that reason too c:

That's... how I do it in Tales of Games. xD Well we can run from monsters while they'reon the field but if we don't avoid them wekill 'em. Not sure if that even makes senseif you haven't played any of the games though. :b

Also I've nuxlocked. But only sixth gen becaus eless grinding required.

Which system are the Tales Of games on? If it's GBA/DS/3DS I'd probably try them. Is it similar to Golden Sun?

I've never done challenge modes like Nuzlocke or anything. Whenever a new game came out when I was at university though, my friends and I would pre-plan our teams using a selection method to make it more exciting by a small bit. Not really challenging though xd

I should really play a nuzlocke theyre so interesting although the thought of dedenne dying is enough to make me hesitant haha

The only Nuzlocke i ever did was Emerald so for some stupid reason i bought a bunch of revives spent all my money only had 5 potions and well i couldnt exactly use them xD

I've never done a Nuzlocke challenge! Just because I'm lazy, and if try to do it now, I think I would give up! But I never tried so ... I never know what to expect!

I just recently bought AlphaSapphire and am planning on doing a Wonderlocke ^^; I hear Wondertrade is a little dead though, in comparison to how it used to be, so not sure how that will go.

(Getting dangerously close to 100...expect a boo soon :P)

I try to watch it its just idk not exactly addicting anymore.

Also i can only hear "wow science is so cool!" so many times ><

I really like the DP series because that's about where I picked up on the series. Although Hoenn is nice too that's the only region I skipped. XD Dawn was really cool to me back when I was watching it, but the only personality I remember 100% from her was from the bloomacncheez parody. >w> BUT THAT WAS A SEVERE HELIUM ACCIDENT

Kind of ironic that I started on gen 4 anime watching even though I vaguely remember seeing some ep about relicanth when I went over to a family members house.
