XY Ash doesn't even come close to Sinnoh Ash though, and he was reset for Unova. I'm not so sure. I suppose time will tell, but I just can't see him ever reaching those same heights again, as he'll be pulled down before he gets the chance to...or he'll be kept in a state of relative undevelopedness (derp, it's early; you know what I mean) by the writers. Ash advanced more in Sinnoh than he had across three regions prior - nine seasons if you go by dub listings - and he was pulled down for it. It just makes me sad that he'll never really advance as a character...

I finally ordered Pokémon Platinum off of eBay. It'll probably take about a month to get here though... ;-;

Everyone! I'm hosting an event for the Community Get-Together and I need judges! It's a Pokémon music making competition. I'll take about 1-2 unbiased people. Preferably people who won't respond with just "It's good" or "I like it".

First I like the new Pokemon shown. Especially Yungoos.

Second, I have always wondered this throughout my life as a Pokemon fan: Why is it that every time a new Pokemon or more is/are revealed, there is already fan-art in like two hours? I mean I'm sure the artists are fine but the speed of these people...how? It's not just art but fanmade plushies, keychains, etc but how does one accomplish such a feat? It's always been one of my life questions that I have no answer to which is why I brought it up.

The fanart is simultaneously one of the best and worst parts of the fandom. Some of the stuff I've seen for the new starters is great...even Popplio although it's ugly as sin. But then when you consider that other side of fanart...yeah. Not so great.

Evrytime someone screams fanart, especially the actually great side of the fandom, i feel like sharing some of them. Oh and do not ever worry, explicit Pokemon related stuff are never in my radar. Perverts need to go to their local religious outlet (church, temple, shrine, w/e) and ask to the god that they believe in for forgiveness.

But Yuki-Menoko/Sally will always be my favorite Poke-fanartist ever, especially when Gardevoir is involved. I mean, okay it may really sound weird (and creepy) for me to actually call a Gardevoir beautiful, but the way this demigod person draws Gardevoir, I can't help it.

How could I have forgotten Zinnia when she's actually one of the... okay nevermind. One of the more interesting yet unexplored characters ever.

Also, have a finally found a source of what can keep me from embracing my endless rage? I actually updated my Tumblr (yes i have it) in order to follow Sally's tumblr in order to check out more of her fanart (i'll assume she's indeed a she). Have i finally found a cure to finally calm the rage that always embraces the burning hot spirit that I've always had? If so, beauty and elegance does exist in this world, and that long and sought for beauty is worth fighting for, with the power of RAGE.. yes ALWAYS WITH THE RAGE!?

It takes literal skill in actually producing high quality AND ATTRACTIVE as heck Gardevoir art without turning her into some material a ronery kid's going to post into his wall in order to use it as.. you already know. But yeah, its skills. Skills and talent. Oh how I wish I can draw a Gardevoir without making her look like an overly objectified fantasy material.

I'm still waiting for them to lampshade a Nintendo console with a Rotom form...I mean, there is always a Nintendo console in your room! Put the Rotom in that! The Wii U one would have terrible stats, though.

Yes! Your Rotom could leave your Pokedex and enter one of your consoles instead...or even one of your home appliances. Watch your mother go into apoplexy when her child makes off with the microwave or the washing machine for Pokemon battling, ahaha.

Using a Rotom 3DS whilst playing your 3DS...so meta. Especially if you could use it to actually access your 3DS menu...it'd be like video game Inception. xD

I would only support a season pass for Pokemon if the content was akin to Hyrule Warriors Legends - that is, if it was meaningful, substantial, and supported by additional free content updates.
