I'm eager to see Rowlet's evos myself. Also some of the games are starting to lag, is it ok to make new versions?

If I recall correctly, Ash has always gotten every single Grass-type starter until Kalos, where he hasn't caught any sort of Grass-type at all. I guess there is a slight chance, although considering Ash's utter lack of the concept of a balanced team recently, I wonder if the writers even care about what he gets anymore, haha. That said, there are a lot fewer Pokemon to choose from in Kalos, so that might explain it. Maybe it'll depend on the size of the next gen?

Now I see why people keep watching the anime even when Ash loses - you never know what he's going to get. xD

Haha, that's true. xD I'd actually be pretty amused he gets three Flying-types again. :P On another note, it might be interesting if Ash's Scraggy pulled a Phanpy and came back sometime in the future. I'm guessing it's impossible by this point, but it'd be nice to see it grow up some more. :D

Ya alot of games are well over 100 pages and its starting to get annoying since i had to post 3 times in pokemon alphabet to get it right xD

Considering the development a good 80% of his Pokemon get throughout the series - more than his travelling companions in most cases! - and how they're subsequently bumped down to cameos thereafter, I'd quite like to see that too! Well, not his Scraggy - god, I hated Ash's fifth gen party with a passion - but some of his other Pokemon that aren't Charizard, absolutely. On more than a one or two episode basis as tends to be the norm.

I suppose that's unlikely, since they need to give him new Pokemon to drum up interest and make it exciting or whatever, but a little nostalgia never hurt anyone. I'd love to see some of the better Characters of the Day return, too...

My Pokémon Platinum game that I ordered finally came in the mail yesterday, and I just got a chance to play it.

Speaking of Satoshi, on Serebii in the "Next in Japan" section, there's a Mega Charizard Y picture! I'm really hoping it's his (I really haven't been keeping up with the anime).

That's actually Trevor's Charizard who will unfortunately get creamed by Alain's Mega Charizard X tomorrow (today?).

Hey just real fast I got grounded and cant have my phone on me out constantly anymore for a while so I might have reduced activity but I should be able to stay up on stuff hopefully.

I dont watch the anime much anymore cause i dont check when its on, although i do tend to watch a lot of the Johto episodes on Boomerang at night.

I think I'm only so interested in the anime right now because it's the league and even though it's improbable there is always this hope that Ash might actually win it for once. I think Alain will beat him, but still...we live in hope. xD

Nah! I really just like Cutiefly and Togedemaru! The others are kinda funky.. But the Dragon looks nice somewhat XD

Can we please appreciate the names? Cutiefly? Charjabug? I love this

Oh, Pokemon usually have amusing or at least creative names, I'll give them that much...even the ones I don't like. Well, asides Lucario. That thing is unredeemable in every conceivable fashion. But I'm just not feeling these new Pokemon...asides from Litten, Rowlet, and the White Tigerzor--sorry, Solgaleo, I'm not overly keen on what I've seen thus far.

I could agree but I do feel the starters, the box legends and magearna, and Cutiefly and Togedemaru. The others are a little weird but not totally "unpokemon-like".

I really love Popplio but wveryone wants to fire cat or plant birb. :') Give happy seal pup some love :')

I get that a lot haha, but someone has to be the voice of cynicism here so =P

I never said they didn't look like Pokemon, they're just not really inspiring any excitement in me. But then, I've taken to appreciating the more wacky designs more over the last couple of gens, so maybe all it'll take is something bizarre.

Maybe it's the theme itself that bothers me, then. I didn't like the industrial, almost gritty feeling that Black had to it, after all. Maybe the tropical-esque theme of Alola is one that doesn't agree with me, haha. I guess it's all about aesthetics; no accounting for taste, etc.
