I'm a huge Poliwhirl fan. I remember way back in 4th grade, my friend and I went around asking who everyone thought was cuter, Poliwag or Whirl. XD I think it was a tie.
But ahem, right, *manly battling voice* water is certainly the best type.

Favorite Water Pokemon?
-Poliwhirl for sure.
Favorite starter?
-I'd have to go with Mudkip, although I've found Piplup and his evolved forms really useful in single battles, Mudkip is just so freakin' adorable, not to mention Swampert makes an excellent compliment with Feraligatr in the water pokemon/attack category. Squirtle holds a place in every red and blue fans heart, though.
Favorite Legendary?
I have to say, Kyogre was cool but my vote goes to Palkia.
Favorite water move?
-Kind of wish Brine would double when your at half health, like Torrent does or something. But it's a good move I suppose. Hydro Cannon I use but it's no fun having to recharge..and you can't beat Surf, but I'm 50/50 on them now making it attack your partner in double battles.
Best compliment types?
-I agree completely with what someone said earlier, there should be a few water/steel and water/dark variations. Both are then weak to fighting, but steel has so many resistances including avoiding poison completely and rock becomes not-very-effective. Dark makes it the unusual weakness to Bug, but resists Psychic and I know for a fact I could use that against the people I usually face with water types.
Meep. Definitely don't mean to double post, but this was needed to alert the water club members. Attention folks, if your into the wifi battling and would like the opportunity to compete in PC's first Whirl Cup Tournament, please check out the Wifi Stadium forum!
