I know it's not an Alolan Pokemon but what about Ash-Greninja? It's only available in Sun and Moon and without Protean I don't think it will be Uber.

Greninja is no longer banned but as it's a Generation 6 Pokémon, it won't be allowed in this tournament.

Here's the bracket for the first round. The deadline is next Thursday, December 1st. The battle server should be getting updated with Generation 7 very soon, but in case Gen 7 OU is not available yet, you can battle on Showdown's main server instead.

Oh shoot, totally forgot about this. Time to throw together a team and hope it's not complete garbage. :p
 
Posting to say that our Battle Server was updated with Generation 7 Pokémon, so please do your tournaments battles there!

Achromatic dropped out, so 5qwerty gets the win. Oblivion never replied to aurora's VM, so aurora's getting the activity win.
