I'd go to Italy JUST so I can eat the food there. A ton of kids in my class have gone to Italy and they always talk about how amazing the food and pasta is there.

My favourite food happens to be Italian which is Lasagna.
Lasagna is actually a Greek dish that was slightly modified and then distributed around the globe as it is today. I know that because I eat lasagna often and I know the whole story from my grandmother.

I feel kind of proud for having said that, lol.

Remind me to get somewhere else when it comes to food. :P

Speaking of food, I wonder what is the food that we all love at the same time?

Well we can't be all the same when it comes to loving certain types of food, can we?

My parents went to Italy earlier this year, and my mum had this wonderful risotto made from black squid ink. She couldn't stomach it, but my dad was more than happy to finish it off for her. I'd love to try something exotic like that; the closest I've had so far to proper Italian food is a nice carbonara in a restaurant in London.

There is still lots of different foods I haven't yet tried that I'd like too.. I've never had sea food however purely because I just don't like the look of it.. I've only ever had Tuna and Cod.

Rice with squid cooked on its own ink (we call it "black rice") is delicious. I had it yesterday, and I definitely enjoy eating it.

Seafood is good, but I'm not a fan of getting my hands dirty to eat prawns. I'll eat anything if it's clean though.

Goodness, squid ink. On like my second day in Japan I was at a restaurant and ordered some green tea ice cream for desert and it came as a scoop of ice cream on top of corn flakes and drizzled with squid ink. I thought it was chocolate at first. :s

I sort of want to try lobster. xD; Though at the same time I'll feel cruel eating them. I remember going to a resturant and seeing them in a tank, unaware of the doom they'd be facing. :'(

Oh-ho!

Japanese and Chinese food, full of surprises. I went to a chinese restaurant with a friend once and I let him handle the menu. I got something on my salad that was weird but still tasty, and asked him what it was. He said 'don't ask, there's no need. Eat.' I insisted and he said 'oyster cream'. GAH
