I sort of want to try lobster. xD; Though at the same time I'll feel cruel eating them. I remember going to a resturant and seeing them in a tank, unaware of the doom they'd be facing. :'(

Froglegs have a light taste like crab but the texture of quail. However they don't taste like either.
Escargot has the texture of scallops but again the taste is different.

I don't know how else to describe it.

I had frog's legs in French class once. As cliche as this is going to sound, it did just taste like chicken.

Growing up in Paris, I was pretty much raised on escargot, lol. It's weird when you first try it, but over time you get used to the taste/texture and it's quite nice.
