Mewtwo- Mewduo
Zygarde- Hydrana
TalonFlame- Carien
Axew- Lenda
Combee- Ocenzie
Lucario- Ratchet
Smeargle- Picasso
Skitty- Nimphadora
 
My list of nicknamed Pokemon has grown xD

Misdreavus - Lady Morgana
Heatran - Fire Death
Hitmontop - Kickazz
Froslass - Yukiko
Forretress - Bruno Mars (grenade!)
Lilligant - Mary Poppins
Reuninclus - Giygas
Steelix - Nail
Gallade - Anakin

aannnd last but not least:

Celebi - River Song

All I need now is a Dialga named The Doctor and I will be a happy Whovian :D

Alackazam:Hypou and Arcanine:Spinx.I also have half mind to name my mew:Jackal.
 
Just started and picked Froakie. Named him Toadnado.

I gave my Pokemon nicknames for the first times during my playthrough of Y. Never did it before. Here are their nicknames:
Blastoise - Leonardo, after the ninja turtle with the blue mask.
Lucario - Anubis, obviously.
Chesnaught - Amelia, because she's my companion xD
Pyroar - Catfire, because my friend suggested it while I was trying to come up with a nickname, and I was like "BEST NICKNAME EVER".
 
My first playthrough was with:

Delphox - Lhazuli
Tyrantrum - King
Noivern - Nocturnal
Lucario - Krosis
Pyroar - Zira
And an unnamed Yveltal.

I also hatched a shiny Pyroar named Sarabi and a shiny Tyrunt named Royal. And a lot of other nicknamed ones. I nickname most of my Pokemon. : )
 
I nicknamed my Yveltal Grim Reaper, and my Zygarde Order. I also nicknamed the gift Lucario Sir Aaron.
I plan on nicknaming a shiny Froakie Ninja because of Shiny Greninja.

I've nicknamed only two Pokémon on my team—Blastoise and Espeon. Former is called Roadblock, and latter is known as Espy-chan. xD" Might nick few of my other Pokémon, but can't seem to think of anything creative, unfortunately.
 
I'm just going to post my favorite nicknames, because there's too many Pokemon to list. xD

Shiny Pumpkaboo (Female): Midna
Litleo (Female): Nala
Litleo (Male): Simba
Furfrou (Female): Bella
Sylveon (Female): Sylvia
Ponyta (Female): Epona

This one isn't technically from my X game specifically, but I transferred him all the way from my Platinum. My hand slipped when I was typing the name, and this happened. I didn't change it because it was too funny.

Bronzor: Bquanie.

Typhlosion - Cinder

That reminds me that at one point, a few years back, in my FR game, I nicknamed my Charmander Charlie! xD


Hm, I haven't really been playing as much as I should, so I haven't really had to nickname anything, but it seems that if I have time to come up with a nickname before trade, I like requesting them. x3 Lately, they've been appropriate combinations of 2 german words (like Maufee the Sylveon. Mauve, another word for Pink, and Fee, the german word for Fairy)

Oh, and of course, when I got a good Male Mareep, I jus tHAD to make sure it was named Fabio! (Mega-Ampharos is FABULOUS!)

Delphox: Elijah
Venusaur: Nicholas
Meowstic: Lizzie
Absol: Angel
Lucario: Yami
Lapras: Iris
 
I was hatching Turtwig and just randomly named it Swag Master and wonder traded it :P All my team *will* have nicknames all having to due to with Elements (water, fire, earth, air).
