You can name more than one memory, if you have more than one. ^_^ I was just curious to know what everyone's favorite PC memory here was. :D I'm posting this here because some memories might get ridiculed or whatever by other members who don't get the values of them.

Mine was the old crush thread back in 2004. Many of you may not know what that is. It used to be what the DCC was today, except more spammier. It's nothing like the crush thread is today. I chose it as my best memory because I met a lot of great friends in that thread. Some which I wish I were still really good friends with. I think the crush thread was basically as much fun as it could possibly be. I remember how we always tried so hard to keep it on topic, even though it was nearly impossible to do. XD

So, what is your best PC memory?

PC memory...PC memory...um, April Fools 2012. Probably the best April Fools I've ever participated and became a part of since I was staff at the time and I had to fake my resignation (which led me to fake tears, fake crying IMs, and a silly blog post I made that...didn't really convince anyone haha). And then there's LERROUX. The biggest most baddest fake admin ever. :3

Well, I've had countless memories here that I will never forget. In fact there are memories that happen everyday here that I value and will always remember. If I had to pick the best one, it would be the day that I joined PC's Battle Server. I was planning on leaving PC after about 2 months of being a member here. I was inactive and really talked to no one at all. Each day I would ask myself, "why should I stay? I am not having fun, but rather wasting my time." However, the day I was going to do so, I clicked a link that Nica was using in her signature that led me to the server and I was so thankful that I did. After joining the server not only did my activity multiply on PC, but I finally had countless reasons to stay. I met my best friend at the server who happened to join the same day as me, as well as dozens of other friends who I have grown so close to and love. I will always remember that day as what kept me here at PC and turned me into an active user. That is why it is my best memory so far here. :D

Hm. Most of my memories all n00bish and weird. Plus, I can't really remember anything of them except the crush thread. lol I can never forget that read because it was probably the best part of being on PC for me.

I don't think that any memory is noobish or weird. Sure, others might not see them as that big of a deal, but if it is special to you then who cares? I know my memory is probably not the best in the eyes of others, but to me it is special =]

True. I do know at the time, I loved when people celebrated my birthday here. At the time before things went downhill for me, it made me feel loved. I mean, having all my old PC friends posting.

I also remember when PC used to have member fanclubs. I had one of my own and man were they fun. It's too bad PC doesn't allow them anymore. I feel like such an old PC veteran lol. XD

Some members on PC do experience their "great times" and sometimes when things change in life, things change in PC as well. I would say that around 2011-early 2013 were probably the best times ever. I would say that things in 2011 were so much different (in a good way of course). I know the feeling. <3

    Too many to list.
One I really, really liked was the PCX skype group. It was great to finally hear everyone's voices and chat with dozens of people from PC. <3
I'm pretty sure Megan was present as well...

2004 was one of my best years. I made soooo many friends, but then we all went our separate ways and haven't spoken since. The only one that remembers me now is the one that got me here in the first place. XD

My best memory at PC was when I became supporter last October, when ex-mod Toujours gifted me her Tier 4 Supporter prize from last year's PCX Get-Together, she decided to give it to me because of my birthday. I remember I was nervous taking my first steps into the VIP Forum and it took me a while to get used to my new italicized username. It'll almost be one year since I turned italic but yeah it was the best PC birthday ever!

The GT this summer was when I had the most fun during my time here on PC. I got to meet new people thanks to it, I had fun joining all the fun events that the staffs planned for the members.

Also when I met Pink Mommy here on PC, we would always talk to each other, but now she's inactive from PC and her irl stuffs kept her busy from having contact with each other :(

Also, specifically, during the PC Skype chat for the GT, I got to meet Moriarteh, BlahIsuck & Chilidawgs. They are incredible people who I always have fun talking to on Skype. They've become one of my closest friends on PC :)

I would say that the best PC memory I have would be the one that happened very recently.. and that would be my promotion to moderator here. I had been picking up my activity here this past summer at PC and I became more active than ever, especially in The Welcome Lounge and Technology & Internet. I was very happy to read the PM sent to me from h-staff asking for me to help out in T&I, and I was the last to fill up the vacant section (until Astinus' s-mod promotion), and I took the end of the alphabet on staff. :P

I was actually excited about getting mine. I couldn't wait because I've been dying to get a blog and to make my profile all pretty and stuff. I didn't even know there were more forums here. I only heard about the style ones.

I guess that does count as a PC memory, right? XD

Mine was the most recent April Fool's event this year. Each and every member being turned into Pokemon was truly exciting and hilarious xD I also loved this year's Get Together. I had fun at lots of events and got to bond with lots of people. Community Days were great too, and also becoming a supporter was a nice and surprising occasion for me.

I think the server is affiliated with PC but either way this conversation just got stuck in my brain forever. It was from January though and I did act like a total nub but either way, I still find it amusing. Childish conversations really turn out to be the best ones. Warning in advance there was a lot of screaming and immaturity but what's life without fun? Probably one of the best conversations I've had in a long time and by far, the first memory that came to mind when this thread popped up.

Pairing up with my best friend Klippy in 2010. :) We're also paired to Hiidoran, but we just don't advertise it since he's never really on anymore and we don't talk to him at all now, but yeah. My modding was a good day too. :) Not only did I get my cute forums that day, but that's when Klippy and I started talking and being friends. June 2010 is great too, because that's when the Challenge forum was made and my regulars in there are so amazing and I love that section so much. It's my baby. I shouldn't be playing favorites, but I do. :P

Haha, seconded. Memories are being made every day. I can't identify one, just a chain of events.

Wouldn't your best memory be the day that you got unbanned ;D

    /runs

But seriously, I totally agree with you. There are always so many memories made here that it is hard to pick just one. Who knows? Tomorrow might bring the best PC memory :D

I agree with this as well. XD Since I've come back, I've actually made a lot of friends here. I have more friends on Skype now compared to what I had before. So, that's probably going to be one most recent memory for me that I can cherish.

Another memory of mine were the old DCCs with my old friends. Back then, the DCC wasn't always so strict on staying on topic like it is now. Everyone did try to keep it on topic, but once in a while someone would pop in to change the subject and we'd all move on to what that person talked about. XD

That's why I like the DCC in here because it makes me feel really nostalgic. It reminds me of those good ol' days when the DCC was a fun place to talk about anything you wanted without much restriction (aside from following PC rules, that is. :P).
