What's your favorite middle stage evolutions?

Top picks for me would be:
-Chansey
-Dragonair
-Bayleef
-Porygon2
-Kirlia
-Vibrava
-Whirlipede
-Vanillish
-Gothorita
-Braixen
-Frogadier
-Floette
-Torracat
-Steenee
-Hattrem
-Floragato
-Crocalor
-Dolliv
-Arctibax

If I had to pick a top 5 from that right now:
1) Torracat
2) Steenee
3) Floette
4) Hattrem
5) Dolliv

The numbers 2-5 in that top 5 could swap at any moment though =P

There's several mid stage evos that I prefer over their final evos in terms of design:
-Torracat's design is vastly superior to Incineroar.
-Crocalor's design is better than Skeledirge. I'm neutral on Skeledirge.
-I like Dolliv far more than Arboliva, though unlike Incineroar I don't dislike Arboliva.
-Dragonair is more appealing to me than Dragonite, though I don't dislike Dragonite.
-Vanillish, same as Dolliv and Dragonair pretty much.
-Frogadier, same.

My tops are Wartortle, Luxio and Quilava, but I also enjoy Ivysaur, Pidgeotto, Magneton, Haunter, Porygon2, Dragonair, Bayleef, Nuzleaf, and Servine. Excluding any whose evo/prevo I like more (though 'Ganium and OG Pory are super close).

I think Pikachu is like the most famous middle evo of all time thanks to the anime and that episode where he refuses to evolve.

I love Ivysaur arguably more than Venusaur, something about the face and shape just is not as appealing as the previous forms.

And Dragonair! I like Dragonite too but I do kinda wish they kept the same look of its earlier forms as like a serpentine blue dragon, although I guess it would be too similar to Gyarados if it did.

Pidgeotto, Nuzleaf, Chansey and Luxio are among my favorites; they feel like Pokemon that can stand on their own instead of just being the mid-game form of the Pokemon you really want. And some of their designs are even better then the final evos (cough cough Pidgeot).

My top ten (which were designed as middle stage evolutions) are Torracat, Ivysaur, Nidorina, Braixen, Haunter, Quilava, Luxio, Zweilous, Frogadier, and Dragonair.

Here's my team of 6:
:dewott::braixen: :kirlia: :swadloon: :dartrix: :vibrava:
With an honorable mention spot for:
