Mine's the default Firefox/Google homepage in FF, since I wouldn't really know what else to change it to as my bookmarks do the job well enough from there.
I might change it to Gmail, but then I don't really want to read my mail everytime I open FF. =\

I never change it, only because there's no sense in changing it. I go to apple.com anyway.
and even if I did, I'd probably just change it to something like Adobe Labs or Adobe Blog.
