Because they are all of the Dragon type and they are a trio! O.o Lol.
 
Palkia or Giratina. Palkia because the type match-up can be very useful, and I really like the idea of giratina's dimension-shifting chaos stuff. Dialga's just plain meh. =/
 
Dialga cos he controls time and im afraid of time (yes clocks scare me) he scares me :(

Giratina A is butt ugly
Giratina O is WAAAAY 2 creepy he makes me scared.

The rulers of the realms I call them, xD

My favorite without a doubt is Giritina, cause he is a "speacial" dragon.
My second choice is Palkia cause of Spacial Rend
I dont like Dialga much because of Roar of Time's effect on it.

It really depends on how you mean.

By looks... standard looks... I'd say Dialga is better. It looks like a pretty awesome Pokemon; particularly in comparison with Palkia. Though I do like the Origin Forme a little more, for Giratina.

For type combinations... I'd say a tie with Giratina and Dialga. Both are unique combinations for Dragons and are actually pretty awesome. Palkia's combination has been done before and they could have really gone with a different combination for him.
 
I like palkia, reminds me of godzilla. Dialga looks like a table, and giratina is just freaky looking. Also shiny palkia is pink, very manly!
 
Giratina's Origin form but if he didn't have that then it would be Dialga
 
Dialga's got the best sprite of all time. But I choose Palkia because he's a cold blooded murderer under the rain :)

It's skill, Space-Control is epic.
Steel and Dragon is an awesome type.
Dialga looks like a cool dinosaur. The diamond
is very intimidating and well-placed.
It's skill, time control is.. overused.

Giratina's wings are automatic win.
Origin Forme, it looks like Giratina w/ Suicune
(the fluffy, cloudy things on the back)
It's type is pretty nice. It's very unique :D

water/dragon typing is not awful. great coverage with the double STAB, resisted only by Empoleon and Shedinja, plus defensively has one weakness and two quad resistances :D
