I'm surprised I have taken a liking to Lenora a boring Normal type gym leader. But I think I found her quite interesting and became fond of her character in the anime. I dunno, just her sassyness and her sarcasm and 'oh really' questioning personality. I really don't like her specialisation out of all the type why normal? D:

But she's a pretty good gym leader nevertheless.

Oooooh this is a tough one, I have to say that my top contenders would have to be; Iris, Burgh, Cilan, Skyla and then Elesa. (In order)

I love how cute Iris is and suprisingly a very powerful dragon type trainer. Burgh is just mega cool, I love his afro and he seriously takes the Bug thing seriously, just take a look at his gym. I mainly only love Cilan so much due to the anime, I would have to say in game terms I think Chili is somewhat cooler. I think Skyla and Elesa are just mega awesome, Skyla is a pilot and Elesa is a model, they're both mega cute and beautiful. ;)

I really don't know why, but I've actually taken a liking to Clay. Not only is he like, some sort of big sheriff in a modern town, but he plays some major parts in the game, including lowering the bridge to Driftveil City, helping you access Chargestone Cave and letting you access Twist Mountain. :)

Cress. Cool and calm is exactly what I am. He is the 3rd person (Besides Cheren and Paul) in the PKMN series to reassemble my character. Not to mention that I like his design as well.

He's kinda unconventional, as far as gym leaders and concerned. He reminds me of (Old) Solid Snake.

The other gym leaders don't really matter that much to me, since most have weird names and weird dialogue. Tho on that note, Elesa's is amusing.

I'd have to say Clay, as he was the only gym leader I had a problem with in the beginning. All the rest were practically one hit K.O's. they need stronger pokemon. Especially for the elite four. My second favorite was Elesa, even though her outfit and hair is rather..ugly unique. I just liked how she used her pokemon. I didn't know they put Lady Gaga in pokemon W&B. Obama's next, I tell ya.

I would say Skyla and Elesa. I love the Flying-type leader's fashion sense and the name however I chose to vote for Elesa as her electric Pokemon are real awesome and can deal nasty damages to lightning-weak teams. Nimbasa City is my favoourite cities so definitely this shocking girl zaps my vote. (No puns intended XD)
