    for the longest time I didn't like tattoos, but now I'm warming up to the idea. still don't know what design I would get.

    would you get one? if so, where and of what? or do you already have some?
     
    Um hell yeah, I already have two. They're small, but I have plans for more, just requires a lot of $$$. I already know for sure I want a water lily on my forearm. I actually already contacted my tattoo shop about it and even though its watercolor and a 7 inch piece they'll do it for me for $250, which is cool. I also know at some point I am for sure getting a Pokemon tattoo I just don't know which one yet, and where I want it. I was thinking either a Bulbasaur or an Altaria (duh). There's also loads more I want but yeh
     
    If I could really get something that means a lot to me and something I don't think I'd ever regret, then yeah I'd get a small one on my chest or back.
     
    id get something really small, probably. i wouldn't want it interfering with any future jobs or anything like that. i'd love to get one someday
     
    Oh god yes. Yes I want tattoos so badly.

    Of course they _are_ expensive. But if I could I would have many of them. Of course I know that it's not always appropriate; so I'd definitely love to get some smaller ones. I do want some small ones on my hips/flanks resembling a cutie mark of my choice maybe. But what design that tattoo will be is...unknown. There are many things of deep meaning I could do though.
     
    Idk what and where I'd get one but I definitely would. I've contemplated it for a while now but as soon as I set aside enough money then I'll probably get one.
     
    Maybe. But I have no idea what. I like /pinkred hibiscus flowers and wanted to get one on my thigh maybe but yeah, I have no idea. It's pretty permanent and daunting.
     
    I can appreciate it as an art form and when done well, I think they can be beautiful, but personally I don't think I would want something so permanent on me - I'm very prone to changing my mind.

    Because the other thing is I'm not really a fan of small tattoos either, so if I got a tattoo it wouldn't be something small I could cover up, I'd want a larger, artistic piece similar to this guy's work, and something like that so permanently on my skin would be an issue should I ever change my mind, lol.

    Also if you've ever seen photos of me, tattoos don't really fit with my image anyway
    But yeah, I definitely admire them on other people.

    I have eczema, so I've held back on tattoos for a while.

    That being said, I have wanted one for a while; a good friend of mine is a tattoo artist, so I think I'll see if we can work on something together.
     
    I love tattoos on guys. *coughmythemecough* However, I have a severe phobia when it comes to needles though. ;o; If I did get a tattoo though, I want to have the All Time Low Future Hearts Logo on my left wrist. The reason is because this is usually the wrist I cut on in the past. So, it would be a reminder IF/when I did it again to not do it.
     
    I've got four right now, three on my arm and one on my leg. The ones on my arm cover the top part of it, my main goal is to keep going down until I get a full sleeve.

    I think tattoos are awesome, and can look beautiful when they're done right. I used to be weary of getting any but then I kept thinking of good ideas for them. Sadly, all of mine are memorial related but at least that way they mean a lot to me.
     
    One of my favorite tattoo artists is David Allen. I've been lurking his pages waiting for him to post tattoos he wants to do, hoping to find something that speaks to me. That's how big he is now, he shows YOU tattoos and if you want something done by him, you sign up for it.

    Anyway, back to the point. I love tattoos in general, I think they're such a cool art form. I always wanted some kind of small text tattoo. What the quote is has yet to be decided :)
     
    No way would I ever consider getting a tattoo now or at any point in the future. Religious views aside, I just don't like the way most of them look on people, especially when there's many of them all over their bodies.
     
    I would if I knew getting one would have no ramifications. I like the idea of a sleeve or a hand tattoo. My family doesn't really approve of them, though, and it was recently found by a court here that employers can legally discriminate against people with tattoos should they wish. That's a real dealbreaker for me.
     
    I am horribly split on the idea.

    I love body mods. I think it's great when people strive to make their bodies the perfect image of themselves. Hair dying/cutting, piercing, tattoos, mods - everything, I am in full support of and sport many of my own. I've also worked as a tattoo apprentice and adored it!

    However, as an artist, I simply cannot ignore the flaws of a fellow tattoo artist. I don't mean that to sound conceited, but because I'm familiar with the industry and the undeniable permanence of it, whenever I browse talented artists in my area I am almost constantly let down. Often their work is amazing and worth much praise too! But I just cannot imagine myself with another artist's work on me and I will NEVER get my own work on myself.

    Factor in stuff like cost and all of the sudden getting a tattoo just isn't.. for me. As much as I love them, I am far too indecisive and flaky to get one. :(
     
    Yeah, definitely. I'm not gonna rush into anything but it's something I think I'd like to do somewhere down the line. I'm thinking something in ogham on my inner forearm and inevitably something ASOIAF related, although I don't really have any ideas for that.
     
    I haven't looked around for tattoo artists, but I've thought about maybe getting a tattoo! Nothing too noticeable. My problem is what I want to tattoo. I personally love a ton of art styles and designs - but I just can't make up my mind what design I'd like and be satisfied with. For a long time, I just haven't thought about it, but now I'm slightly more interested. :o​
