Which kalo Grass type Pokemon Ash will catch if he doesn't catch Chespin ???

This pretty much josses the theory of Ash capturing that shiny Phantump. :| Lame.

I'm honestly not surprised there aren't going to be any new captures. X/Y captures have been very minimal and far less common than in B/W. Now I'm wondering if Ash will even be catching a sixth Pokemon or just use an old one in the league. That's possible, I wouldn't rule it out.
 
I'm pretty sure Ash caught WAY more Pokemon in B/W than anyone thought.

Since it's on the topic, Ash caught, I believe, nine Pokemon in Unova, which is the most since his Kanto run. Every other time, Ash only caught five or six Pokemon per region. "Gotta Catch 'em All" indeed. (Not like he ever intended to 'catch 'em all" but, point aside.

I'm all for, by the way, one of Ash's older Pokemon that can mega evolve, returning. Preferably, Glalie. It's 2am, so I'll be back at another time to explain why.
 
I feel like the writers are trying to make Ash unable to use Mega Evolution, but I did see some device on Greninja in a preview. Not sure what it's meant to be though.

I also admit that now with Sawyer having Sceptile, I think Ash's reserve that should come back for a Mega is Charizard. I know I'm lazy, but it's his most well-known Pokemon besides Pikachu.
 
What if Ash caught a Slaking That's too lazy to do anything Ash tells him to do?
We aren't talking about disobedient pokemon , We are talking about A pokemon that is just too lazy to move.
That might even explain why it didn't appear in the movie trailer because Ash can't use him.
Plus , Slaking is the pretty much the type of "Wall" Ash needs to replace Goodra.

Yeah, true, but this could be the time he gets Pidgeot back. If you think about it, they could have been waiting this entire time to keep the promise.

It's very unlikely Ash will catch a stage three Pokemon in its third stage, especially one like Slaking. =/ He usually only catches a Pokemon in its second stage evolution, if it's not in its first, but not the third. Why did you pick a random Pokemon like this anyway, I'm curious?

As for the Mega Evolution thing, I'm also pretty sure he won't use Mega Evolution, yes, but if he did, I'd like him to use one of his lesser used Pokemon that could use a bulk up of some kind. Charizard is the most likely, if he uses mega evolution at all, but I'd still vastly prefer it if he'd use his Glalie as a throwback to OR/AS. I'm weird.

Because its perfect for Ash , A Comic relief pokemon who's power exceed Pseudo-legendary pokemon.
Maybe , Ash accidentally capture it when his pokemon roll down and hit Slaking as it's just too lazy to break out of Ash's pokeball

Ash need a keystone , Its not like he will Ash-evolve the next starter and every other pokemon.

I thought Wulfric to have a Mega Abomasnow and he will use it to fight Lysandre in Pokemon village as it was shown at the beginning of megevolution special But he isn't confirm to have a megevolution.

It's called a pulse measuring device by the magazine. It seems like Ash's pulse changes within each phase of ash greninja.

I myself don't see Pidgeot coming back as even remotely likely tbh. It's in a whole other region stuck in a forest with no way of knowing where Ash even is, nor should it leave its domain unprotected anyways given the whole reason why it stayed behind in the first place.

And I don't get the Slaking idea at all, either. Ash has no need to catch a fully-evolved Hoenn Pokemon imo, not even due to OR/AS since those games don't even need promo anymore. At least I understood the Litleo/Quilladin/Phantump ideas since Kalos is still the region that is being regularly showcased, but even those ideas had little to no evidence. :x
 
The chances of Pidgeot coming are really low. I can't see that happening for any reason since it's way too late in the anime for that. If he had gotten Pidgeot back, he probably would have in the Battle Frontier arc, tbh.

I'm not even sure what Pokemon Ash is gonna get anymore at this point, but I kinda don't care considering the fact his team is okay as-is atm. :x

It was from the anime discussion thread on 4chan. Those are pretty informative. They translate the newest scans from magazines and discuss them. It's a nice read when they don't obsess over Ash X Serena.
 
Well , Noivern really need to learn Duel Chop , Dragon claw or Steel Wing.
Also , It would be better if he learn "Heat Wave" to counter Ice and Steel type pokemon.
Seriously , Why doesn't Ash try to teach Noivern to learn something rather then waiting for someone to show a new move or Noivern learning attack on his own.
Even Alain was smart enough to teach Charizard "Thunder Punch" right before Ash change cloth to battle his Charizard.

I thought we already established that Ash probably won't be catching any fully evolved Pokemon, so why would he capture an Abomasnow? =/
 
If Ash doesn't end up catching a six Pokemon I won't be surprised if Goodra does come back. At this point it might depend on how much they want to showcase the next generation of games before the anime moves onto it once we start getting sun and moon info. If they don't showcase it through someone else they might showcase it through Ash who knows. But there is also still time for him to catch something, though any development it gets will have to be through an arc that is unrelated to anything but ... stuff to put it simply.

If Iris gets a free Dragonite then Why Can't Ash capture an Abmasnow ?
Plus , Ash caught a Snorlax in Orange league.
Also , There practically no reason for Ash to not to catch a 6th pokemon! specially when there are two unique Ghost/Grass pokemon out there for him to catch.

I heard rumor about New Grass Starter from "Pokemon Sun and Moon" to be a Bird so if its true then I hope Ash's doesn't capture it.
He has more then enough Bird for a series.
However , If the New Fire starter is a "Fire cat" then Ash should definitely catch it.
 
Snorlax isn't a third stage pokemon nor was he even a fully evolved pokemon when ash caught him. He was just snorlax because munchlax didn't exist try again.

What exactly would ash learn by getting an abomasnow. What would be the point when it came to story. Even it's a small point or story there is normally something behind each of ash's captures (for the most part anyways). Once again try again.

Also cats don't seem to be up ash's alley. I haven't seen a feline pokemon that suits him yet.
