What are you having for Christmas dinner? For those that already have, what did you eat? Did you get any leftovers? :3 Did you stuff yourself this holiday season? 8D

We're having some ham with brown sugar, mashed potatoes, boiled cabbage, flaky biscuits and string beans. *_____*

    So, what about you guys?

I made a huge turkey for the main course. My mom baked some sweet potatoes and she also cooked some asparagus, green beans, and crescent rolls. :) It was delicious.

We had Roasted Pork, crackling, roasted potatoes and pumpkin, tossed salad, rolls and butter, cheesecake, chocolate, and sticky date pudding. There wasn't a massive amount of food since I only have a small family on my mum's side. As for my dad's which we celebrated with today, we had snags, chops, burger patties, tabouli, rice balls, roast pork, crackling, fresh prawns, tossed salad, cheesecake, mud-cake, banana cake, chocolate puffs, vanilla slice and a fruit platter to name a few!

On the 24th we had sandwiches, spring rolls, lobster aspic and a ton of crackers, something with risotto (forgot the name), brie cheese with cranberry/orange toppings, macaroni salad, various kinds of canapés and chips with dips... was more of a "light supper" (light...) potluck kinda thing.

Had a traditional supper with a turkey with farce, mashed potatoes, a ton of gravy and more sandwiches on the 25th. (And more sandwiches today, and tomorrow.)

We ended up with a huge buffet for 14 people. Said buffet included ham, turkey, pork, chicken, roast vegetable (potato, pumpkin, carrot, onion), some sort of green salad, watermelon salad, pineapple salad, rice salad, bread rolls.

Dessert was a lineup of pavlova, christmas pudding, fruit cake, trifle, choc-mint cheesecake, gingerbread men and cinnamon shortbread.

    Yes we have leftovers xD
