I made a good homemade Spaghetti dinner last night with fresh produce I got from my dad. There were handpicked garden tomatoes, peppers and onions, several herbs, mountain butter and garlic in my sauce from scratch. Add to the pasta primavera the market fresh squash, zucchini and eggplant... Succulent! I ate two plates of it. I only wish I had made more so I could microwave it tonight too.
