Greetings, everyone. I have returned from my long hiatus after hearing the news that the forum is going under new management. And since I now have a Discord account after also hearing news about Skype's new policies, I can finally join PC's server to chat with you guys more.

Started here when I was just a kid and have had a constant on-again off-again relationship with this place ever since. I've had problems balancing obligations with the community here while trying to sort out my educational and professional life. But now I've finished school, have a good career, a flourishing love life, and my mental health has never been better. I'm at a point where I just want a casual place to relax & occassionally indulge in the obscure nerdy things that bring me joy. This place has always been special to me. I'll be around, just minding my own business.

There's currently a wildfire going near us. I just saw a bit of the flames on top of our mountain range. If you don't hear from me for a while, it might mean we had to evacuate, and I won't have access to wifi. If anyone wants updates on the fire and what not, feel free to contact me! It's currently stressing me out either way... so I may not be in contact with the forums for a while due to my anxiety. D:
