    Galar Invitational

    Welcome PC battlers to our newest tournament! Generation 8 is right around the corner and as you all probably know by now, all of the Pokémon that currently exist will not be in the newest games. This will have a huge affect on the next generation of competitive battling because the Pokémon that are excluded from the games will not be available to use in the upcoming metagame. This tournament will be a sort of a test run of what that will be like. Gimmepie has used a RNG tool to generate 60 Pokémon that are theoretically being sent to the Galar region. You may form a team of any of these 6 Pokémon to use in the tournament. This tournament will follow USUM OU rules, however, Mega Pokémon and Z-moves are not allowed.

    Rules

    • All battles are to be held on our battle server.
    • Save and post all replays in this thread.
    • Scouting is possible so you may change your team at any time during this tournament.
    • Best of 3 format.
    • Have fun!

    A few people have asked but I am going to start this tournament as soon as PC is back up after the scheduled downtime starting tomorrow. If you want to join make sure you do before then!

    OK! I have randomized the bracket and the round 1 matchups are:

    Cid vs Gimmepie
    Nah vs Caite-Chan

    Rabinov and Wolf will have 1st round byes and will face the winners of round 1. You have one week to complete your battles. If you need an extension please let me know. Best of luck everyone!
