I don't like sports. They're incredibly boring and I don't understand how people can get so into them. Playing them yes, but I'm talking about watching them. The athletes are overpaid and the hype is too much. Dedicating your life to playing a game isn't a real career and athletes often don't know how to handle all their money (most of them go broke after two years of being cut off from their million dollar salary). If somebody wanted to end all airing of sports, I wouldn't complain.

I think abortion is fair and just, as long as it isn't right before birth.
Trubbish does not have a bad design.
Feminism should stop at a perfect fifty-fifty. How great are women if they commit the same mistakes as men?
The United States, regardless of whether I live there or not, needs to get it's shizznit together, and does more harm than good.
The United States also needs to stop being a global police force.

Jegus, I am never getting into controversy again. I sound too serious.

    unpopular opinion eh
    well
    let's see

the majority of people who think they support lgbt rights only support it to the extent of same-sex marriage and then once that is achieved, they believe their obligation to be decent human beings is over and they can go back to trivialising homosexuals and doing nothing about the level of violence that is directed towards trans* people and so forth
but to tell an 'ally' this would be to slap them in the face, wouldn't it

I stand with the Catholic Church on many issues, including abortion, gay marriage, immigration, the death penalty, etc. etc.
Facebook is NOT the best source of news.
Cats are a million times better than dogs.
I think politics helps the country get more involved.

I think that LGBT is kind of a lie. It's more like just LG. Bi and transphobia exist within that circle to the extent that it could almost be considered hostile to trans/bi individuals. Not every LGBT group suffers from this, but I do see a lot of implicit prejudice. I hear things like "bisexuals are actually gay," "there goes that bicurious ****," "transmen aren't real men," a disturbing amount of times.

The quickest and easiest way to help solve a lot of the world's problems (unemployment, overpopulation, rabid consumption of resources) would be the truncating of about half the population.

Race, religion, and sex indiscriminately. The main criteria would be people who simply have too much and do too little- they're first on the list.

But after that- it's all fair game. No bias.

At this current time in my life I have lost most if not all of my faith in humanity in general as far as viewing them any different than the common animal is concerned. We have been around for god knows how long now (Going back to the Eocene period at the very least if you want to go down family trees now.) and yet we still do whatever we can to stay on the top of the heap and to keep as many others from reaching our level of status as far as social matters go to name one example. Setting differences aside and helping out our fellow man? Not before money and status!

That it is wrong to mix religion with school. I'm not very religious, but I believe that students could be taught a lot if various religions were studied more in depth. I think that books such as Paradise Lost and Siddhartha should be mandatory. Even scripts in the Bible should be read, such as Psalms or Proverbs.

Sexuality and Gender does not matter. People should date who they want to date. It is their freedom, and they should not be ostracized for it.

Cereal is better without milk. Definitely agree! Rice is better with ketchup as well!

soulmates and "the one" aren't real and are just a fruit of the carefully crafted form of manipulation being done to us by popular movies, books and tv series. you aren't magically offered the house of your dreams just like that, you have to work for it.

and no, this is not a temporary consequence of post-breakup depression. it's something i proudly stand by, thank you.

Can you elaborate on this one a bit? I'm not quite sure what you're saying here... you say that religion shouldn't be in school but then you say that the bible should be read, religions should be studied in depth, etc.
