Grand Idea Grab Bag Mafia​

Choose your bag wisely, for you may not get another chance.​
Mafia​

This is a Mafia game, which Superjolt started many Aprils ago, where roles are selected at random from the Grand Idea Mafia thread from MafiaScum. This time around players will choose one from 30 bags to acquire their role.

To be brief: Said roles will be selected at random, and players will receive their alignment based on random chance, exception to this is if the roles only works as an independent party. So we could see something like a Mafia Doctor or a Town Godfather (lol), of course you're more likely to see some random unknown roles. The range will be from 1 to 5978, so who knows what will happen!

Here's a couple house rules for the game:

✴Roles will be revealed upon death, but what they do will be left to the players to decide what the said role does.
✴Alignments will also be revealed on death, so you won't have to worry about second guessing.
✴Mafia will be able to mulligan a case one time and only on N0. By one time I mean only one member can do so not all of them. Mulligan will randomly give them a new, unselected case at random and the contents of the case will be swapped.
✴Every odd number day, excluding Day 1, a random player will have their case swapped with another unselected one.
✴Since Valentine's Day is coming up on February 14th, two random players will become lovers.
✴All role errata will be interpreted by me. If you're confused on how your role works because it can happen I will give it judgement, even if it was not intended to work like that at it's inception.

New to the general concept of mafia? Well because the Snail's guide is dead (F) guess I'll summarize it. Mafia is a game where a select majority of the players (the town) try to root out the minority (mafia, and sometimes third parties) To do so they use their wits, roles, and random guesses! The game is divided into two phases, day and night. Each day all players will be allowed to vote. Who ever has the most votes (for this game at least) will be lynched and killed off from the game. Each night players will be barred from posting in the thread, and the mafia will be able to kill one player. The game ends in town victory when all mafia (and third-party roles like SK/Cult/Etc.) are killed. The mafia wins when they have a 1:1 ratio on the town, and there's no third-party as mentioned before to rain on their parade. Third-party's have their own win condition.

Signing Up​

Signing up is easy just post here, swear your allegiance to Blarzigord, and select one of 30 bags. Failure to select a bag will result in acquiring a random bag. Sign ups will go on until Noon on February 13th.

Quick update: Due tk unforseen changes in my schedule I will be moving signs up until Feb 12 in the evening. N0 will still end on Valentine's Day though.
