Oh, sorry if that came off offensively, then.

I've paired it with another major in Behavioral Economics. Having some fun giving investment banks like Vanguard a social, "more human," touch. I'd say it's served me well thus far, really, as 9 of 10 business majors can't seem to communicate at all outside of social media and their coveted "networking" events.

Oh there are so many things I'd love to talk to you about! I'm an English major making my way up in the world, it's really quite fantastic.

Hardly any snow here in Australia! Have to be in the mountains or on a (large) island-state in winter or cold days for that to happen. So at least that's an advantage of here?

We're going to various, but I don't recall that name. We are however going to Pokemon Centres in Tokyo and Osaka! And leave with light wallets I bet.

Allergic to mangoes? D= Dang, what rotten luck. We have lots of other fruits though...? Food stuff here is expensive compared to other countries though. =/

Ah, I got spoiled a bit for 2 but it's nothing major - just a few people who don't die in the first chapter. I'm getting the feeling that there will be 2 or 3 more updates before the first body is found because chances are this next one will be motive-related like in 1. Part of me hopes that the clues literally don't spell out who the murderer is, though. I understand that the first case is supposed to be an introduction, but the presence of that one giant giveaway in 1 dampened the mood for that trial.

Looking at the username, it certainly must have been a long time ago.

It has been a few years in fact before this year that we had a summer with a really hot day actually. Highest we got for the last few were mid-30s days. Which may be a lot anyways but not for us. =p

Heat waves and ice cream and beaches in evening helps with heat waves though.

Going to stay in Tokyo and Osaka, and travel about the place from those cities. I'm going for fun with a bunch of friends for a bit under two weeks.

Thanks for the reply and clearing everything up! I kind of have the same issue with getting ideas after I've already written something as well.

I personally like a pretty large variety of fics. I honestly prefer manga fics the best because the characters in the manga are my favorite. I also tend to stay away from fics that are like....Ash harems. I honestly don't like Ash all that much, so I prefer to read away from him in general.

I've enjoyed rewrites of the canon storylines (for instance, somebody rewriting the RSE game storyline with their own touches or something).
AU fics tend to be some of my favorites because they have so much possibility and there are so many ideas to explore. It's interesting seeing what kinds of changes people would make to the anime, the manga, or the game if they had the choice.

I'm a little more hesitant about all-OC stories (although creating OCs can be fun) because I don't have any kind of perspective on the characters prior to reading and it makes judging the story itself more difficult. I don't have anything against it, really. Some can be really well done and I even like attempting to write them myself, but for reviewing purposes, it is a little bit more of a challenge. Not to mention a majority of OCs kinda turn Mary Sue-ish.

As for writing, I plan on doing AU, maybe a rewrite or two, and maybe a OC-ish story....kinda. IT's really more what comes to mind though.

I'm doing good. Been busy with real life stuff and distracted with other fandoms (Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice and Fire one of my new ones, haha). Getting back to playing Pokemon games, started Black 2 a couple days ago. Have Oshawott, Rilou, and Sewaddle on my team at the moment, lol. You doing good too?
