According to *link removed* can't learn Hypnosis or any other moves that put Pokemon to sleep...yet he has the chance to learn a ton of moves that require Pokemon to be asleep, like Dream Eater. Why is that? Kind of killing my idea for how to use him in battle.

FINALLY GOT MY DS AND POKEMON GAME! Explored the starting area and caught my first two Pokemon. I had to grind a couple of wild Pokemon to evolve my Chimchar and then I went and earned my first badge. After training in Rock Smash I headed to the Ravaged Path and logged out at the entrance...

Well guys, my DS and Platinum finally got here! Mods can close this thread now. Look for my progress in the Journal sticky at the top once I get started.... YAY!

My biggest problem is that I have been researching the game in and out since I decided to pick it up. The more I read, the more I want :) I got word that it might be here tomorrow...*crosses fingres* According to my online tracking it got to Korea today. I SHOULD have it tomorrow morning!
