Well, the patch is meant to be for Emerald ROMs that are 16 MB and should be placed on before doing anything else. UNLESS, your game has DoesntKnowHowToPlay's Physical/Special Split, and it's Emerald.

Well, there are some reasons that made me take that... 'decision'. The first reason was that I wasn't going through good moments, I was like depressive all day, with some moments of spontaneous anger or even with endless laughs (yup, this happens when you dream with a girl you suppose to be a goddess or something similar, but she is more like a virago or an ogre). The second reason was my career itself, I am in the final days of the third year and I had to focus my efforts in the final exams (some of them done and overcome, fortunately). Whatever it was, I was getting less qualified to carry all my concerns to the day time (and it would surely be a matter of time until I have an unlucky day and I get ruining everything).

The good news are... that I am practically ready to return to the forums (I have also a more stable frame of mind). After I finish my exams, I'll surely be back on July 7th~13th.

I will. However, I'm not going to insert any new ows until my scripting has become good enough so I can worry about other things. Once I put these new house tiles in. I'm going to practice scripting so the tutorial is going to have to wait awhile. If anything, I'll just try the tutorial on a separate clean rom when I get the chance

I haven't tried it yet. I'm inserting tiles right now for my hack and mapping but once I try it, I'll let you know

I don't know myself because I've never tried but I believe the easiest way is just to straight up edit using a hex editor. The list is at 0x251FEE in FR, iirc.
