Ah that is unfortunate. No I do not have a third family as far as I know, not a family for myself. I studied IT System Management and did finish it graduating at like MBO (College-esque??) level. After that I just went to work and didn't bother studying further... my whole Educational route is so messed up that I just couldn't be arsed to be studying any longer.

Yeah theres a strong bond with the co-workers, almost feels like a 2nd family at this stage. The vacation issue was more of my own doing + unfortunate circumstances, you actually get a lot of vacation hours including times when the uni is closed.

Well I was on loan first through another company, then they fully hired me last month so all vacation hours went jank, I got them paid out though. Depends on the shift, there are callcenter shifts where it's mainly desktop work accepting calls from students and employees about various stuff. But then there are also desk shifts where you are at a service point physically assisting students/employees with their issues. Then there is also the mail, but thats kinda spread among everyone. So no you are not wrong :P
