  • Another goodie is U2, though people tend to get bitchy about them for some reason...?! It drives me out of my brain. Have they listened to With or Without You, even? Or do they think something by some chart-topper can surpass that level of depth, emotion and musical genius? The substandard is the norm. How terrible. One has to trudge through obscure Youtube compilations to find the gold.

My favourite of theirs is probably Undisclosed Desires, then Starlight and then Something Human. They're so brilliant.
hehe. But yeah. Music is pretty much my life tbh. It's helped me through a lot. I don't know where I would be without it. I realize it a lot more being older and such. I'm hoping it'll help me get back into writing. I haven't had a lot of progress with it. :c
Ah, Panic! is seriously brilliant. His newer albums especially. Death of a Bachelor is one of his overall best, I reckon, followed by One of the Drunks and the other one that I cannot flipping remember. Incredible vocal range, eh?

I'm into indie a heck of a lot, but it's all pretty diverse. Fitz and the Tantrums, The Pains of Being Pure at Heart, Weezer, Broods, Chvrches, Muse, Sia, Grace VanderWaal... anyone with a decent voice who is bringing something new to the scene. In that respect, Muse is a real gem. Matt Bellamy, the vocalist, has the most gripping, sultry, incredible voice.

Used to be into pop rock a lot. I wasn't too discerning back then.

They're great for working out excess aggression. But if one sucks at shooters, then it's just gonna mount it on. My aim is abysmal and I keep getting lost in every map, so its kind of a health hazard, really.
omg I love Sleeping With Sirens. <3 The lead singer is my hero and bae! I like Avalanche by Bring Me the Horizon as well because it reminds me of my anxiety. That's my most favorite song by them.
Ah, I'm kind of in a rut too. Can only extract minimal enjoyment from things lately, but it'll pass. And I've got a sore toe which I'd quite like to complain about, but that's a bit twatty. Hope you feel better soon, though. It's kind of hard to tell whether some bad stints are meant to be waited out, or actively gotten rid of. Whatever the case, music is definitely a help. What's your taste in music, by the way?

Well, I'm about to play Unreal Tournament 2004 with someone, which is always exciting. It's a damnably good game, and great for waking yourself up. So if you're into first person shooter arena games or whatever the hell they're called, UT is really brilliant.
Yeah! It happened I think a lot more in his earlier playthroughs. I haven't seen all the videos but I used to be FNAF obsessed so I've seen a lot across all youtubers
His undertale series was sooo good. His RYC series and his laugh series are great too. It really does give a much more homey sense than Markiplier and some of the other lets players have.
Hey that's fair. It's one of my favorite series but that's because it's what I'm into. No shame if it's not what you like. What series of his do you like? Perhaps we have a few in common if not Subnautica.
    Hi Hoshiko!

Hope you are having a good new year. I have seen you around a lot, and always wanted to talk to you. You seem cool.

I just wanted to mention after reading this post here that what you wrote made a lot of sense to me.

I have anxiety medically. For me sometimes even seeing people I have known for years can make me jittery, even family. Its rare for me to not have any tension. I hate webcams! In the past I have had trouble with friendships and romantic relationships because others didn't understand how I could be friendly one day then avoidant the next. My mom and boyfriend are pretty chill about it though, both of them are so nice. So I'm super fortunate. I'm glad that you also have someone in your life who is patient, understanding and doesn't mind your quirks at all. You and your boyfriend sound like you have something great together!

I hope you are having an awesome weekend and get to relax. I'm here if you ever feeling like shooting me a vm or pm about anything. Mostly everybody calls me Sam!
honestly? up and down. life atm is highly stressful and scary so big depression keeps popping up, but i now have an amazing boyfriend and some sort of secure future so maybe i should just calm down. anxiety not letting me tho
