Mmm... yes, beware of the self-describedly hopeless romantics. I dunno, I'm obviously not in much of a position to judge, but clashing high-maintenance individuals with a deadpan snarker such as your good self might just result in a big boomy bang bang. And not the good kind, either. (Jesus, big boomy bang bang? I am literally five years old.) Possibly mention the Chandler/Monica thing to him, in fact? Or just keep it casual for like a week while being yourself, he'll figure out pretty sharpish whether that's the kind of relationship he wants. Hopefully. :P

I guess the other thing to keep in mind is whether you see yourself regretting the whole endeavour in a short while, because it'd be better not to get involved if you think you'll want out fairly rapidly. Maybe. This current best ladyfriend is fortunately not a love interest, just an excellent human who appears to enjoy spending time with me :D I say fortunately because, well, you know my track record in affairs of the heart. I give new life to the expression 'crashed and burned in a big burny ball of flame'. Nah, she's fab, but she's pleasantly preoccupied with other gentlemen anyway, so it's lovely to just hang out and relax for a change. (You know that thing where you like someone and you get on really well with them and then suddenly the penny drops and you're like OH SNAP NOW I LIKE THIS PERSON and then your liking for them morphs into something much more like HORROR and DREAD and you get all tongue-tied and blushing and it's not fun? Yeah. I'm really enjoying the lack of said dread right now.)

BUT ALL OF THIS PALES INTO INSIGNIFICANCE because poor you, oh my god! :O well, poor your-housemate, but still, your heart must have been racing like a triathlete. Still, you did the whole incredibly manly lifesaving thing, and he's okay now, so... whew. Wow. Who knew picking up your housemate could be so dramatic :P he's lucky to have you, for sure. I hope he tells you this immediately he wakes up ;)

...after all that my week looks like a blissful parade of sunshine and roses, haha, but you shall hear it nonetheless. I hung out with my best ladyfriend for ages, which was great, and we did some nice talking and I felt all validated about things and it was lovely. She didn't even have a seizure once :P nah, it was good though.

Apart from that it's pretty much same old, same old... go to college, go to the cinema, make something cool, think about girls, rinse, repeat. :) now you get some sleep and look after that housemate of yours, kay? :P 3:45am, good grief. You're not a bloody superhuman. ;) well you are but not in that way OH YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN
