I dunno.. I just grew out of using it since I saw so many people use fanart and not credit people. It's no big deal since they're obviously not saying they drew it but as an artist who has had her art used elsewhere 500 times it's kind of urgh XD But I might do it anyway as long as I know the source and can credit in sig..

It's the one I linked to in my other message! Sometimes we start out laying on the floor on our back and then we have to lift ourselves up like that. I was so shocked when I finally started doing it. Surprised myself when I lifted my whole body and my head wasn't touching the floor. :O

A lot of people can't do it so they don't expect you to but they want you to at least try. It's okay if you can't and I never do them, but even then those other poses are so exhausting... ;_; quite intense lol. I can finally do the wheel pose I linked there after some time.
