Hey! I need some help with evolving my Haunter in pokemon Let’s go, if anybody got the time :)

Ok so I was in Japan last year and went to the Hoopa and The Clash Of Ages movie premiere and I got the japanese Hoopa promo card and it's still sealed. Now I wonder who much this one might? It looks like this and I guess the collectors number is 155/XY-P.

I am not disppointed in no Z but I do think that Gen 7 came way too quickly. I think that a third game like Platinum would fit right now tho.

Hey so I am currently dexnav chaining for a shiny Eevee and I wonder if the chain breaks when the dexnav says that it can't find the pokemon and while you're looking for a different spot the dexnav spots an another hidden pokemon? Can I just sneak up to it and then continue searching for Eevee?
