  • You and me both making the same decision xD I left PC for a few years a few months after I last talked to you in 2012 because I was graduating college and moving to Uni.
And I'm sure you'll be fine! Honestly I'm kinda scared what will happen once I graduate myself.
I'm currently studying Media Design and Information Systems, but I plan to the last 2 years to do my Masters on Game Design and Virtual Reality studies - so hopefully it'll turn out okay xD
Funny that, have also just been using PC for procrastination purposes (And then again, what sane person doesn't do that here xD) - assignment was kinda why I died the last two days.
But at least you only have 3 assignments left forever right? I've still decided to go for another two-ish years so I'll still be a while. - Congratz for almost getting there though :pp
I've been pretty good, how have you been? Whatcha been up to these days?

Man has it really been 2 1/2ish years since we've last talked? xD
Hah, well if the meds are working for you, then you're lucky. :D Hope it stays that way and hope you can break through it. :3

Not really, I live in a community where the majority of the residents are from Africa. It's awesome. And I live just a few miles from Houston's Chinatown. Also amazing. <3 So yeah, it's pretty diverse in general, it's nothing like when I lived in Cali.

I just had to turn down a guy via text earlier today. I was gonna go out with friends today but I told them I had a hectic week and wanted to rest for the day. But he kept insisting I would go out with him no matter what. So I broke free and returned to my ol' "heartbreaking" habits and straight up told him "no". He's cute and nice but I mean...I'm not up for the whole thing right now. :(

I had to leave my desktop behind at my parents' home in Cali, and I miss it a lot. I miss having to play games like TF2. I can't do that on my laptop, even though it has a good graphics driver. I'm actually looking at getting a Mac, or a tower PC where I could build my own. There's a Micro Center nearby, and right now I'm just looking at options.
Aww man, social anxiety is the worst. :( I used to be on anxiety meds too, but those actually made my emotions rage, and i was borderline suicidal at the time (this was in like...2013), I dropped them, and started to just manage my generalized anxiety disorder...and it has helped with therapy so much.

Houston is SOOOO DIVERSE. Like, I have classes with british, australian, and african classmates and here I am experiencing CULTURE SHOCK. Their accents are music to my ears. <3 You get to meet people coming from countries you never knew they exist, and that's what I like the most about it.

Things are okay now. Right now we're giving each other space, and what I like about our friendship is that we rebound as if nothing has ever happened between us. We talked a week after we broke up and we agreed we'd revert as best friends. I don't see myself getting into a relationship anytime soon, my life is hectic enough already. haha.

I take my laptop with me all the time! Uni, work, Starbucks, I even have access on my phone, I have a personal wifi hotspot on my phone, I'm also planning on getting a desktop real soon. So I can just use my laptop for travel purposes.
Man, medical reasons? That's not good. Hope you feel better though, and hope you find a job, too. You have the education and the experience, I'm sure recruiters will be hunting for you. :P

Just one more year! I finished last year and obtained my AS in IT. I also moved to Houston, Texas a little over a month ago. Soooo many changes in life too. I'm now currently working on my Bachelors, and minoring in Business too. Fun stuff!

Speaking of these changes in life, yes, I moved out of my parent's home in Cali, and now living on my own in Houston. I got a tech support job in which I'm going to be starting really soon, and currently am a supervisor at a clothing store. A couple weeks ago I met quilzel (he's Buoysel now) irl, too! The weekend was amazing, too...but unfortunately we broke up after that. Long story to say, but all in all I'm doing a LOT better than I was before. Life couldn't be any better.
I'm procrastinating too. I'm supposed to be working on a thing for uni and NOPE I'm here. Plus I'm resting after a hectic week from work, was gonna hang out with some friends but I seriously need the day off.

I KNOW, we seriously need to catch up. What have you been doing lately?
Hi man! Thanks for your mail with the signature corrections and all. Wanted to get back on this site, but i guess it's not really working. I guess these things come and go don't they?
