Awesome. So basically as long as I don't "expand" the space the script takes up, I won't mess up anything? On some of them I ended up actually reducing letters and spaces to correct grammar errors, and others I replace a space with a dash to link two words together. I made sure to not add anything though.

Hi pug, I have a question about scripts in XSE. Let's say there are some minor errors in a person or signpost's dialogue (ie. spacing and capitalization errors suCh AStHIs). Would it be okay to simply open the script, make the corrections, Compile, then leave it be? I have not done it yet as I'm worried I might overwrite something in the ROM.

Hmm... try to add an "FF" after the end of the string (just right after FB). It seems that the string terminator (FF) wasn't there so, it froze. Try it out and see if it works on you now.

Check if you have placed the pointer correctly to F9710?

Hmm... I've tested it already and it worked fine for me. I don't know what's wrong in yours but check what have you done. Let me see if I can test the routine again to see your error. :/

I don't remember ever getting it working actually. I'm sure that if I took a look at it now I could figure it out... I think it's just a table that has entries with the song number and how long to pause the music for.

Quick note, the 5-7 means 5-7 pm. Though I get up fairly early, 5 is a ridiculous time to do anything but sleep.
