I never bothered with the FF remakes though I did get the remaster of Valkyria Chronicles. I'm planning on getting the PS4.5 towards the end of the year but I don't think I'll shell out the money to get a 4K TV. I used to be quite into FF but nowadays I just want to dive into a game and play, rather than reading through strategy guides so I don't miss certain events etc.

I have a couple of G's in my main bank account which can be used for emergencies and such. Which actually came into play . . . I recently competed in Poland (wrote a blog entry on it) but missed my return flight so had to book another for me and the guy I was travelling with because he didn't bring enough money. In fact, I had to pay for his tournament fare and some living expenses as well. The guy actually owes me over half a G . . . So yeah thankfully had the bail out money because being stuck in a foreign country would have been the utter shit let me tell you lol

I could say the exact same thing about women and trouble. Seriously, I swear there's a lot more trash in society these days than in the past. That's both men and women by the way . . .

Anyway, welcome back, I hope you stay a while and don't decide to vanish without a word for months on end . . . But I am guilty of the exact same crime so . . .

And I've been ok for the most part!! School is just kicking my butt rn... big projects and such due soon 8D;; semester is ending next month and professors are turning up the heat as usual.

Hey there! Idk if you remember me, but I used to be pretty active on the forums and on IRC back in 2011/2012. I was the portuguese kid who was always clueless, but yet managed to learn how to RNG thanks to your help and created trading shops of his own.
I was now looking back at those times and at how much has changed. I used to not care at all about VGC and all my enjoyment came from hanging out with the crew on IRC.
A lot has changed since then, I've even managed to reach Top 4 at the World Championships, but I probably wouldn't have gotten anywhere if you and the rest of the community hadn't kept me playing Pokémon for many years. So I'd like to thank you for that, even though you probably have no idea of who I am.

I've been doing great, too. Better than ever, actually. Just started uni and my health is also at its best in years. I've been working out and doing more stuff with friends and just doing really well overall. I'm happy with where I am rn.

I'm so excited for Sun and Moon! I was disappointed with ORAS, so I really want SuMo to get me full swing into the competitive aspect of the games and breeding, etc.

Ah snap I got the terms mixed up. Old age is getting to me I think. A lot of people in my team are either blue or green. I don't miss school as much as I miss being a kid. I'm still a kid but now trapped in an adult body with adult responsibility which isn't so bad but it's good to forget about all that stuff once in a while and be just a kid again. Your Master degree is in finance?

We're living the same lifestyle - working and living alone haha. I no longer have a formal savings as such. The flat I own is my financial investment essentially.

I think the best years of my life were university. Especially the second and final years, living with my old roommate (who is actually here right now visiting me for the weekend!) was such a blast. We both had so many similar interests - gaming, anime etc. We played the Pokemon TCG together, gamed with each other and talked about animes and it was so good.

you tell me! as an oldie myself it's amazing to be part of a staff team that's working to make pc such a great place to be and how much things have changed not even the past half decade, but even the past few years at that. It's pleasant, really.
