Your Top Game Boy Advance Games?

[PokeCommunity.com] Your Top Game Boy Advance Games?

Because almost all of us had a Game Boy Advance before, right? :3 That said, what were your favourite Game Boy Advance games to play, and why did you like them? You are free to make up a list, or provide reasoning to why you like them!

Wario Land 4
Warioware Inc/Twisted
Rhythm Tengoku
Metroid Fusion
Advance Wars 1/2

Easy top 5, not counting ports.

Pokemon R/S/E, Pokemon FireRed/LeafGreen, Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom (the console version, which is more Super Mario 64-like, is very good as well), Sonic Advance 1-3 (though I have the fondest memories of 2), and maybe Top Gear Rally. I've heard Golden Sun's one of the best for the system, but I've never played it.

Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land
Pokemon Emerald
Pokemon FireRed
Super Mario Advance 4 (if that counts)

In no particular order, at least those are the ones that come into my mind right now.

Pokemon Emerald
Pokemon Firered
Final Fantasy Advance Tactics
Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World
Mario Kart

There's probably more really.

Pokemon Emerald
Fire Emblem 7
Golden Sun
Boktai
Drill Dozer

These were easily my favourite games for the GBA that I can come up with from the top of my head.

Unlike Playstation or Xbox, I generally only enjoy games actually made by Nintendo on Nintendo systems. For example if I want to play Call of Duty, it's definitely not going to be on the Wii or DS, but I'll play Mario Kart for days. I've heard that Nintendo is aware of this common thought and they are happy because it's their creation. Better than making a system and having people only playing the 3rd party games. Well here's what I have:

Pokemon Ruby
Pokemon FireRed
Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga
Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3
Mario Kart: Super Circuit

Lot of gems on the GBA; personal favorites include:

Fire Emblem 7
Tactics Ogre: Knight of Lodis
Super Robot Wars (Taisen) OG 1 & 2
Golden Sun 1 & 2
Riviera: The Promised Land
Just about all the Pokemon games as well

Started Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town a couple days ago too. Haven't finished it yet so it's not on the list, but I'm sure it will be by the time I finish.

Megaman battle network... I loved them all...
I also love Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire versions. And lastly Fire emblem, though I haven't played that one very much...

Pokémon R/S/E/LG/FR.
Golden Sun and Golden Sun: The Lost Age
Pokémon Pinball Ruby/Sapphire
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past/Four Swords

I liked most GBA games, but the DS generation kind of outdid them by a huge margin. I know all of my GBA games still work, but I played my systems to death and they've got a lot of wear, so I don't use them as much anymore when I want to play a GBA game (that's why I held onto my DS Lites).

Stop taking the words out of my mouth!

Like what this quote is, they are my favs as well as Advance Wars, cant beat a little of that.

Pokemon
Sims (Bustin' Out, Urbz)
Lord of the Rings The Third Age
Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga

Probably a lot more, but these were the ones that I'd spend days on end playing. Even now if I pick up my GBA, I could play like the Sims for a good twelve hours straight.

The sims bustin out

these are my favorites for GBA

I too enjoyed The Sims on GBA. Never thought I would, but I ended up running around in SimValley for hours!

The GBA has a lot of fantastic games, but I'm only going to list 5.

Fire Emblem 7
Metroid: Zero Mission
Pokemon Emerald
Kirby and the Amazing Mirror
The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap.

The Pokemon games
The Fire Emblem games
The Final Fantasy Advance ports
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance
Kirby and the Amazing Mirror
Metroid Fusion

Lots more other little random things that I can't think of from the top of my head too > 3< The Gameboy Advance had lots of cool games.
