Your starter by region?

We may shuffle around and try all kinds of different starters as we revisit a region. Do you remember which pokemon you reached for the very first time?

Hoenn= Treecko (That was hard, I so love all of em!)
Sinnoh= Turtwig
Unova= Snivy
Kalos= Froakie (Really tough decision too)
Alola= Popplio

I'm always going to choose the water starter, besides in Hoenn

I'm always indecisive when it comes to the Kanto starter.

As for me, I choose these:

Johto: Either Chikorita or Cyndaquil (I wish I can remember much)

Kalos: Fennekin
Alola: Popplio

Sinnoh : Chimchar (nuzlocke with Turtwig)
Unova : Oshawott
Kalos : Haven't played it but would choose Froakie
Alola : Haven't played but would choose Rowlett

Note: I did nuzlockes after playing through the games. I played through Silver with Totodile, then Cyndaquil, Then SoulSilver with Totodile then nuzlocke with Cyndaquil.(I know I've played Johto too many times)

when i first played gold for some reason i thought i could only select the first pokeball on the table which was cyndaquil, otherwise i would have picked chikorita. loooooool

We all do stuff like that on our first game teehee. In yellow I didn't know you could change the order of your party. I thought Pikachu had to always be first so mine participated in every single battle in the game. I never figured it out. Lol!

I always go with the Fire starter on my first playthrough of a Pokemon game. And with the exception of Unova (Oshawott's my favorite of the 3, but Tepig is still a solid #2), the Fire starter is always my favorite starter. I wonder if gen 8 will change this.
