I second fresh water because this is a survival situation. A constant supply of clean drinking water is the healthiest option.

Water is fine, I don't really drink much else anyway. But good quality water, not the cheapest bottled option.

The thing is, we don't know how far the island is from any inhabited land. You could find yourself stuck in the middle of the ocean.
