    Please can you post the time-frames of your events, so we can try to put another semblance of a schedule together as we did last year.

    If your event just runs throughout the whole GT or whatever, just let us know; this is primarily more for things like Jackbox where they'll be hosted at specific dates/times. Hopefully then we can avoid potential bunching up of events, so as many people can get to as many events as they want!

    PokeCommunity Stadium 2: Begins immediately on August 12. List of deadlines:
    • Team submission + Leader Pryce: August 16 at 12:01 PM EST
    • Gym Leader #2: August 19 at 12:01 PM EST
    • Elite Four member: August 22 at 12:01 PM EST
    • Lance: August 25 at 12:01 PM EST

    Starts up Mind Read the Room Survey 1 on August 15. Deadline for that: August 19 at 12:01 PM EST
    Begins Survey 2 after the first one closes. Schedules the deadline for that on August 23 at 12:01 PM EST.

    Expects a glut of events on Day 1. Delayed Mind Read the Room's start time with that in mind.
     
    Egg Swap will be running through the whole GT.

    Movie Night will be as follows:

    Mewtwo Strikes Back (Extended Edition): Saturday 12th August at 22:00 UTC
    The Power of One: Sunday 13th August at 22:00 UTC
    Spell of the Unown: Monday 14th August at 22:00 UTC
     
    Jackbox - Weds and Sun @ 2pm EST; Fri and Sat @ 7pm EST (this does not include 13th August)
    VG Trivia - Resets every day at 7pm EST up until August 26th
    Pokemon Trivia - Same as VG Trivia
    Create-a-Fakemon Contest - Week 1 will stop submissions on the August 18th, judge August 19th. Week 2 will stop submissions August 25th, judge August 26th.
     
    PMD&D times:

    - Friday August 18, 6:00pm EST (Group A - Character creation)
    - Saturday August 19, 10:00am EST (Group B - Character creation)
    - Sunday August 20, 4:00am EST (Group C - Character creation)
    - Friday August 25, 6:00pm EST (Group A - Game session)
    - Saturday August 26, 10:00am EST (Group B - Game session)
    - Sunday August 27, 4:00am EST (Group C - Game session)
     
    mine will vaguely run the whole GT as well

    Bingo has a loose schedule of 10AM / 10PM PST (1 AM / 1 PM EST) drawings, which is just when the 2 daily draws will happen so idk if that needs to be on the official schedule, up to you guys. And each round will just run until someone wins

    Escape the Lab is almost entirely player activity-run, so it just starts on August 12, and a new room will go up when one team figures it out
