Yeah well....SHHHH lol. I recommend putting up some userbars on the first post, so that way we can see what it will look like. Or some text to see how dark/light the colours will be!
 
I sure didn't vote or anything,but pink looks very cool actually. If pink is the color then you guys wont be mistaken for mods or anything anymore.

That color would look horrible and unprofessional. :/ We'd look like a noob forum if half our online users were magenta. Besides, the blue, orange or pink all are cooler colors. They aren't all bright and crap.

I say blue is the best color for this. Obviously orange would be good too. And pink would be horrible to have for a year or more. I do not want to have that color at all. XD Seeing as I supported, I don't want that ridiculous pink on me if I had to go back to being a normal member.
 
Well, Magenta does look a little crappy. :\
My opinion still sticks with darkening the pink to Hot Pink. :mudkip;):
 
We won't be changing the pink colour. A list of several already went to the higher staff for approval and the pink there is the only one that was approved. :/

You sure talk an awful lot. =p.

Obviously, Blue is in the lead by 8 votes I think. So, I'd say it has a definable lead. No reason to ask when you know.

And er, Magenta? That'd be hideous. There's no reason to request different colors when it's either going to be blue, pink, or orange. I voted for Blue, but as long as it's either blue or orange I'll be happy. =-D
 
I like the purple but the blue looks good too....And pink is definitely a negative.

Better idea: Why not just make more user-groups and let donators choose their colour?
Or I perhaps you could allow the use of hex codes in donators' names if possible?

If your answer to both is no then I pick "I disgree with this".

I'm too lazy to type it out again so I'm just going to quote myself from the VIP forum where we discussed the colour options. It pretty much covers both points in your post anyway.
There will only be one colour.

The problem with letting you guys pick your own colour is that there are a lot more supporters than any other coloured group on PC. So it's really hard to find a colour that everyone can agree with. While I agree a logical solution could be to have several colours and let the supporters choose, that's just not going to happen. We toyed with the idea back when the moderators wanted pink, ages ago, and decided it was too much of a hassle. As some of you may know, a lot of members are still confused over the ranks. Some think supporters are admins, some can't tell mods from s-mods from admins, and some just think all those with a coloured name are staff. Adding TWO colours for ONE usergroup? That would be chaos. Not only would everyone have to deal with confusion over usergroups, but we'd have to make 10 usergroups for the supporters. That's a lot of clutter in the admin CP. Finally, we have a lot of coloured usergroups and I personally feel that having one more, without a good reason (no, getting your favourite colour isn't a good reason), is just overkill. We've already got a pretty decent rainbow going on over on the who's online section. That's honestly enough.
