Real simple questions here, and feel free to expand on them as you may. No need to answer them as they're listed.

    - Do you cook? Do you even know how to cook? If you do, do you or anyone you know consider yourself to be a good cook?

    - If you don't know how to cook or you're not all that good at it, do you want to learn?

    - What are your favorite dishes to make?

    - Where did you learn to cook? Who taught you?

    - At what age did you start cooking in the kitchen?

    - Do you remember the first thing you ever made?

Last question, but definitely not least, will you cook for me?

People think I'm good at cooking. I usually am too lazy to cook, though. It's kind of entertaining to cook with my best friend, because I'm kind of sloppy and carefree when cooking. She, on the other hand, is a perfectionist and will get irritated if I do something wrong. ;D

So, yeah. I can cook well, apparently, but I rarely bother to make anything real.

I've been cooking since I was a kid, though, and have been making my own meals since I was 12 or so years old.

    - What are your favorite dishes to make?

    Um nothing special tbh

    - Where did you learn to cook? Who taught you?

    - Do you remember the first thing you ever made?
Yeah..Rice and it was when i was 13..My mom was sick so my dad decided to cook,he called me and told me to learn how to make rice and i watched him...it was easy and it's the only thing i know how to cook......if we didn't count pizza and buns

Last question, but definitely not least, will you cook for me?

    Nope,i don't think so

If by 'cook' you mean simply heating things before consumption, yes.
Anything else — no, and I don't care for it. I do however find dietetics interesting.

I cook for a living. Yay for pizza! :D

Cooking has been kind of a tradition in my family. My stepdad and stepbrothers all worked foodservice. So they know what they're doing. Going home and eating dinner was always a fun time. However, despite having really good cooks in the family, I didn't learn that much from them. I didn't really get any talent from them either.

At home, if I have a recipe and all the ingredients for it, I can make it. It's not going to be super amazing, but it'll at least be edible. I'm not good at creating things on the fly like some other people in my family. These days I mostly buy frozen food though. I suffer from a bad case of lazy. :( I know it's not very good for me, and I want to try to make more food. It's fun!

My skills have either come from my high-school cooking classes, my family, or work.

My favorite thing to make is probably Japanese curry. I get the sauce mix, and then put pork, potatoes, mushrooms, onion, and sometimes carrots in it. Put it over rice, add some sour cream, and it's sooooooo good. So much so I'll actually eat all the leftovers. I really want some now. :(

    - Do you cook? Do you even know how to cook? If you do, do you or anyone you know consider yourself to be a good cook?
I can cook...ish. I don't think people think of me as a good cook, tho lol..

    - If you don't know how to cook or you're not all that good at it, do you want to learn?
Yes I would, would help a lot when I'm alone at home

    - What are your favorite dishes to make?
    Spicy sausages with scrambled eggs

    - Where did you learn to cook? Who taught you?
My mom & Pink Mommy, haha.

    - At what age did you start cooking in the kitchen?
Around 15? I learned to cook rice ._.

    - Do you remember the first thing you ever made?
    Rice...lol..

Last question, but definitely not least, will you cook for me?
I don't cook that well..but I can show you what I can cook, then sure :C

*Looks up questions* Dah, this is definitely a must answer.

    - Do you cook? Do you even know how to cook? If you do, do you or anyone you know consider yourself to be a good cook?
A:Yes I cook, but an average cooker. But mostly I'm into desserts.

    - If you don't know how to cook or you're not all that good at it, do you want to learn?
A: I still want to learn more. I often get tired of canned dishes and such.

    - What are your favorite dishes to make?
A: Aside from fruit floats, my mother always want me to cook beef stroganoff. It's my favorite.

    - Where did you learn to cook? Who taught you?
A: My mother at my home.

    - At what age did you start cooking in the kitchen?
Eh, can't recall. Maybe into mid-teen?

    - Do you remember the first thing you ever made?
    Burnt steak ;P
Last question, but definitely not least, will you cook for me?
You'll probably get a lot of benzopyrene at the end hehe.

I do a lot of Breakfast foods, best meal of the day really. I work with BBQ to support school, so I do a lot of cooking there, but it's real easy, just a lot of mixing. If not breakfast, I'm like any other man and love to grill, especially a nice New York strip steak. Nothing beats it.

    - Do you cook? Do you even know how to cook? If you do, do you or anyone you know consider yourself to be a good cook?
Yeah, a fair amount of people think that I'm really good at cooking and I take a lot of pride in it. Cooking is about common sense and patience more than anything else, and it's not all about doing creative improvised stuff. Follow a recipe but be patient with it.

    - What are your favorite dishes to make?
Anything involving seafood, although not really fish.

    - Where did you learn to cook? Who taught you?
I learned from myself, pretty much. My mom influenced me a lot and passed down a few family recipes, but I was the one who actively set out to learn.

    - At what age did you start cooking in the kitchen?
When I was pretty small. Maybe 10? 10 or 11.

    - Do you remember the first thing you ever made?
An angel food cake when I was 10 or 11. I got up really early to make it and it came out okay but it was a bit grainy. I still have flashbacks to it when I eat angel food cake.

I don't know how to cook, but I'm learning. Before my mother got to fixing my culinary skills up (or trying to anyway), I literally could not cook a damn thing. Toast wasn't even that good. But my mother tried and eventually I was able to make a few basic dishes without setting the kitchen ablaze. My mother started teaching me a few months ago, for the record. =D

And Shivi, I'll cook you a nice steaming pot'a love, mkay?

I actually suck at cooking because I'm just too terrified to touch hot things due to a fear I might get burned. However I am probably learning how to cook just in case if my mother goes out for the night and I need to make a quick meal myself. Cooking was a field that never interested me which is why I'm a bit slow at it.

As for what I like to cook, I like cooking noodles, fish, chicken, pizza and pasta. Basically anything simple and quick to make. I probably started cooking when I was around 15, due to cooking classes at school. First thing I cooked might have presumably been pizza, which I'm really good at making.

And Shivi, I would cook a meal for you but I am not the best chef on PC so I'm gonna have to pass lol.

I can not cook if you do not mean heating food up in a mircowave. There is a reason why I do not cook and that is my attention would wander away from watching the pans.

the most I can cook is Mircwavable chips/french fries.

    - Do you cook? Do you even know how to cook? If you do, do you or anyone you know consider yourself to be a good cook?
I can cook some items, like hamburgers, hot dogs, fried eggs, spaghetti, most frozen things that you can pop in the oven (pizza, lasagna, fish fillets, cinnamon rolls). If it has directions and it came in a box, I can cook it. I can't make anything from scratch. Oh heavens no... I'll eat my food, but I'm a novice cook.

    - If you don't know how to cook or you're not all that good at it, do you want to learn?
I'm becoming more and more tired of eating frozen TV dinners! I really want to learn how to cook seafood and chicken.

    - What are your favorite dishes to make?
I don't really have a favorite yet. What I'm cooking is simple stuff; nothing to call my own.

    - Where did you learn to cook? Who taught you?
Youtube My dad taught me. I just can't stand having my mom stand near me in the kitchen and berate me for not doing something right. >.<

    - At what age did you start cooking in the kitchen?
I used to be pretty scared of the oven or getting burned or something. 8| I'd say like... 16.

    - Do you remember the first thing you ever made?
Popcorn! The final exam in my home economics / cooking class was microwaving popcorn. YEAHHHH ok. I'm sure the first thing I learned was cooking hot dogs.

Last question, but definitely not least, will you cook for me?
Only if you cook for me. EQUIVALENT EXCHANGE!

I don't really cook since I don't know how to do much in the kitchen. I mean, it would be nice to just have the skills and knowledge to walk into the kitchen, grab something, and make a meal out of it, but I don't have that je ne sais quoi that lets people do that. I've tried. I follow the instructions or recipes and something just goes wrong.

Yes, I do indeed cook, and yes people do consider me to be good.
Personally I think I still have a lot to learn, which I definitely don't mind.

I taught myself. About half of it was from watching other people cooking, though.
    Around thirteen.

    No.

I can stirfry - and that's the only skill you need to learn if you want to a meal out of anything. I also do fried rice and eggs.

Do you cook? Do you even know how to cook? If you do, do you or anyone you know consider yourself to be a good cook?
I do cook. Not very much, and nothing I make is at all difficult or complicated, but I do make it so it must count. I'm not a natural at it or anything... I have to follow recipes very closely to feel comfortable trying new things and even then, it's hard to step out of my cooking comfort zone sometimes.

What are your favorite dishes to make?
My favourite dishes to make are anything with meat in them. *u* I really like cutting up meat, slicing the fat off, and cooking it. It works out well because my roommates absolutely refuse to touch any meat that isn't cooked lmao. I also really like making ramen because it is so ridiculously easy, even when I'm making the broth from scratch.

Where did you learn to cook? Who taught you?
I just kind of taught myself. I remember my mom used to try to get me to learn how to cook and I just had zero interest before I left home. Now I mostly cook because I have to and I just follow recipes or google things I have questions about.

At what age did you start cooking in the kitchen?
    Like... 18 or 19 once I'd already moved away for school. <_<;

Do you remember the first thing you ever made?
Probably pasta with sauce from a can. I'm very adventurous, you see.

Last question, but definitely not least, will you cook for me?
Certainly but you'd better like one of the maybe 10 meals I can make no problem. :P

    - Do you cook? Do you even know how to cook? If you do, do you or anyone you know consider yourself to be a good cook?
I can cook some. I live at home, with my parents, and my mom is a phenomenal cook - so the opportunity doesn't really arise ever to attempt making dinner. However, I can do breakfast. Different kinds of eggs with some accompanying breakfast meat. Pancakes and waffles too. I'd like to learn more and move beyond that one meal though (well, technically, I can make lunch but a sandwich isn't cooking XD)

    - If you don't know how to cook or you're not all that good at it, do you want to learn?
Yes. I think I'd be okay at it. I watch a lot of food/cooking shows, and from that I've become able to notice when someone is doing something wrong or if it could be done better. Plus lots of talks on the subject with my mom.

    Other questions not really applicable.

No need to answer them as they're listed.
Well, I'm going to, and you can't stop me.

Do you cook? Do you even know how to cook? If you do, do you or anyone you know consider yourself to be a good cook?
I can cook a little bit, moreso basic meals that don't require huge amounts of prep or attention. I think I'd consider myself average at best, which at least is better than some people who can barely use a microwave.

If you don't know how to cook or you're not all that good at it, do you want to learn?
I could care less if I eat a peanut butter sandwich or a four-course meal, so it doesn't interest me all that much. If I have a family down the road, though, I'd probably be inclined to learn more.

What are your favorite dishes to make?
I've come to realize that any sort of pasta dishes seem to be my specialty. I can make dishes like lasagna, ravioli and fettuccine alfredo, but I much prefer a simple spaghetti with meat sauce.

Where did you learn to cook? Who taught you?

There wasn't really anyone that taught me- I just sort of learned things for myself, along with watching what others did when they cook.

At what age did you start cooking in the kitchen?

I'd figured out how to make meals for myself since I was about 10, but the first time I can recall actually making something for more than myself was probably when I was about 14.

Do you remember the first thing you ever made?

I know I made baked pizza subs at one point when I was pretty young, but I highly doubt that was the first real thing that I made (it was probably macaroni and cheese or something).

Last question, but definitely not least, will you cook for me?
If you're paying for the ingredients, than I'll give it a go (just don't have high expectations).

Love reading this topic, gives me ideas for cooking

    Do you cook? Yes

    • Do you even know how to cook? I can cook basic foods (sandwich, hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, tacos, quesadillas) that don't require lots of measuring ingredients. I really struggle a lot with cutting tomatos, since its not my favorite of vegetables, I don't tend to use them much either

If you do, do you or anyone you know consider yourself to be a good cook? - Everyone in my family can cook. I wouldn't call anyone a professional chef, we all can cook delicious foods.

If you don't know how to cook or you're not all that good at it, do you want to learn?
I can cook, but not always to good, so I'm always learning and improving. I want to specialize in seafood or Japanese foods.
The #1 skill I want to learn is how to fillet a fish, I'm sort of sick and tired of having to spend lots of time taking out the bones when my uncle or grandma make fried fish, takes my enjoyment out of the fish.

What are your favorite dishes to make?
Stuffed Squid - I can't make it often since I can't find fresh squid all the time, also I love to make Shrimp Ceviche

Where did you learn to cook? Who taught you?
My grandma is teaching me how to cook Mexican meals (trying to pass down the family traditions - she is from Leon, Guanajuato Mexico), I'm also thinking of taking Culinary Classes

At what age did you start cooking in the kitchen?
Around 14 years old, started with basic stuff

Do you remember the first thing you ever made?
I think it was Quesadillas, not really certain (it was many years ago)

Last question, but definitely not least, will you cook for me?
    I sure wouldn't mind!
