4th Gen A G/S Remake?

There will be a G/S remake because there is a lot of proof of Jhoto information in D/P
and because there is going to be a new pokemon anime located in Jhoto starring May.
 
That whole Jhoto May thing was a rumour with some very good art for it. Its not been confirmed to be true but would be a great idea.
 
there May be a Gs Remake But there will be no New Anime with MAy i highly Doubt they will make a new anime with (no offence to May or May fans) a character that is highly hated charecter by most Misty fans I think they will keep it with Ash and Maybe make him vist Jhoto and tha is where the Sinnoh frontier will be held and maybe may will make apperances but by the time ash makes it to Jhoto may will move to sinnoh

...? I don't think they care that much on whether shippers of Misty hate her or not... although I don't think she would appear again? But meh, I don't follow the anime anyway.

And as mentioned above - although there are numerous things showing that a GS remake has been considered by Nintendo, we're a long way away from them being confirmed.
 
Jotho fans will be outraged if G/S/C does get remade.
When it gets remade (that is if game freak will.) It will be for the Nintendo DS.
The May part I don't believe that is true it is invalid information it needs to be elaborated more.

When we find out more information it will be more valid as such.
Nothing is confirmed about G/S/C remakes so by far everyone who thinks it is coming out soon that is a rumor.

...outraged because it would most probably be on the DS? ...confused, as I certainly wouldn't be outraged in the least. =/

May part is unconfirmed and I doubt would have any real bearing at this point anyway. Besides, a movie makes a much bigger noise than one show. =/

I'm guessing that's a typo, since I'm quite sure everyone who liked G/S/C and Johto would absolutely love to see the region re-done and compatible with the new generation of games. I know I would, at least!

Also, I know this is a little off-topic, but that font colour is so hard to read. x_x;;

Yep, exactly. After FireRed and LeafGreen came out, I thought they were going to make a remake of Gold and Silver. It was simple logic if you look at it chronologically. But it obviously didn't happen since we are all playing D/P/Pt. For now at least...
 
I think about 10 months after platinum has come out globally they will release information that Gold and Silver will be remade. I mean they made heaps of money with Fire Red and Leaf Green so why wouldn't they do it again and it give anime an excuse for Ash Dawn and Brock to travel back to jhoto and put the new frontier there like they did with the last one.
 
Actuallyits predictable that the game should be announced around may-june. The globe doesnt have anaffect on when japan can announce games. Platinum would be say a year old by this september there but in the other countries not even 6 months old. That 10 months thing you said is to long a wait. By then the 5th gen should be in motion. Thats why im finding 09/10 to be a very special duo of years. So many things can happen at the mean while not happen cause these are the years that will most likely mark the change to gen 5 and or a remake being possible. These are the years that if a fan that can either make magic happen or flame up into a ball of hate for the masters behind the trademark. And its these years that only come once in a while. Almost every 4-5 years if i may dare say.
 
I personally think it's a bit pointless to predict when it may be announced, especially when it's far from being confirmed in the first place... (well, obviosuly if it isn't announced yet, admittedly XD). We'll just have to wait. Seeing is it is all the rage I'll say that I feel that if it was announced it might be a bit later than June, although I certainly wouldn't mind it. XD

I agree.

I truely think that G/S remakes are inevitable. When they will be announced, however, is another story. The announcement could be a month from now or a year from now. What I do believe is that there will be G/S remakes and they will be the next games in the main series.
 
I say its a matter of time now. I mean the shiny pichu with the pre order ticket of movie 12 is pikachu colored. So we have a male pikachu colored pichu and a female with a notch ear. Both arent currently in game but guess what:
They most surely will be with a help from gsds. I love this year.

If anything, I'd have to say that by far, the Pichu-with-different-ears and the shiny Pichu are one of the weakest 'evidence' for a GS remake. =/ Again - although it continues to shape up nicely for it, it's far from being confirmed, let alone for the near future.

Bobandbiil i think your wrong. Why? This shiny pichu is being advertised as pikachu colored. The normal shiny sprite for pichu is orange. Why advertise a special coloring for a pokemon to get it in game when there is no game for it! Sit on that for a moment and if you can prove that its not one bit close to revealing a gs remake then well fine. But im telling you expect a pichu thats female instead of male to be given out as well and then transfered to gsds to be notch eared.

Just saying that I feel it is only really a minor piece of evidence at best, instead of ruling it out from being any sort of hint towards GS remak. =P I'd say though that IMO, it's minor enough to not warrent any need for a GS remake to be announced now. And remember, games that are being made 9if they are, of course...) can get delayed quite easily.

I for instance think that the inclusion of the 3 Johto starters and the in-game coding in 4th gen games are be far greater 'indicators' of a GS remake coming to fruitation, or that at least they have been considered. Pichus with notched ears... just seem really minor and would give a GS remake somewhat less of a chance to occur if it was the sole piece of 'evidence' compared to those others.

Also I'll add that this isn't really that spectaular, when you notice that the Pikachu line - and unique ones - have been frequently made into Pokemon events, ever since early on until now, like the Pichus and the Surfing Pikachu in PBR. Which for me does slightly diminish the possible GS-reference the Pichu will hold. =/ Probably there is some vague one there, but...yeah. Nothing that apparent or significant, really.

Don't see why the gender of either one will matter either, tbh.

And randomly commenting on the colour... well, I don't follow stuff that much (especially since I don't watch the anime/lack of Pokemon movie exposure where I live and all), but a Pichu that has a similar colour to Pikachu...umm, yay? I personally don't get it that much. Heck, it's not that far off from being the colour of a Pikachu anyway. =/

The official site has further confirmed the details for the special Pichu to be given away for pre-booking your Movie 12 tickets in Japan from April 18th to July 17th. This Pichu is a Level 30 Shiny Pichu but unlike other Shiny Pokémon, the Shiny Pichu has been given a special name; Pikachu Coloured Pichu. It also questions if the Pikachu Coloured Pichu is related to the Notched Ear Pichu. It's said that details will be revealed at a later date. It's special move and hold item will also be revealed next month.
