a question about myself and kids things

I wouldn't go to a chuck e cheese, but as far as enjoying some toys and stuff in your own home, that's fine! I have many stuffed animals myself and pokemon plush.

Pfft. Who cares what other people think! If it's something you enjoy, than I see nothing wrong with enjoying it. Hell, I'm 28... and I like a majority of the things you mentioned. I even watch Disney Junior and kids cartoons and still sleep with a stuffed toy too. I have tons of stuffed animals too!

I don't think "being an adult"(too dumb to speak here) has anything to do with what you are interested in, like your favourite things, even though it's kids' toys.

I'm already 13 and I still like Nerf Guns(oh wait).

To be blunt and just answer your question at face value, yeah I do think that's weird. Although I think it's normal to be fond of some childish things throughout adulthood, especially if you grew up with them. I guess the real question is do you prefer childish things in most aspects of your life over age appropriate things?

Looking from the outside in I would just think you're immature in some sort of social aspect. But if that's what you like then so be it

You do you! As long as you're acting like an adult in situations where you need to be one (such as at work) then I don't think it really matters if your interests are considered childish. I can't say that I play with my own Littlest Pet Shop anymore but if doing so makes you happy then go for it. :)

Damn look if I saw that Blue's Clues was on tv my ass would sit and watch it no shame. idc. Provided you're not being a weirdo about it, like really. Who cares honestly. Smack them if they do.

I'm a decade older than you, and I'm still playing with toys recommended for children. I even got three of those Hatchimal toys last year because I was interested in how they worked, and because those are the kinds of toys that I like. Not only do I have those three, but a Furby Connect topped my Christmas list so that new Furby could join my other five.

Honestly, even though people might think I'm weird for liking toys recommended for children (I had to lie to someone when I was buying a Hatchimal, saying that it was a gift for my six-year-old son when I'm actually childfree), these are what keep me happy. These toys and the books that I read that are generally for young adult audiences are what I enjoy. And that's speaking as someone who has depression.

I have a decent job. I have adult friends, and we talk about adult topics like politics and work. But I come home and unwind by feeding one of my Furbies for a few minutes. It doesn't make me any less of an adult, or immature in any way. It's just a part of my interests, which make up who I am. Just like liking some children's entertainment makes you who you are, and that's perfectly fine. You're okay to like what you like.
